Bad cleanliness, poor quality synthetic sheets, floor with holes and dangerous. Two bedrooms are promised but only one is given.

Scandalous

Apartment in a new building, a two-minute walk from the beach, wide but not well distributed, strong point the very beautiful porch, weak point, the night zone near the porch, lack of services.

Good accommodation on the Polish sea

Firstly of all it was a lovely property clean spotless comfy beds 2 toilets fully functional kitchen large tv sofa perfect ...the host was fantastic and his family was lovely his mum  she cooked us fresh pancakes which was delicious ..apartment was large it was in lovely area very peaceful beautiful sea views would stay 100% again ..only  faults I can say was toaster was faulty didn’t hold down and needed non stick pans and some utensils..
  the area was amazing but making breakfast at the apartment was better no where to get fully cooked breakfast lovely restaurants all local tho for evening meals ..

Ideal location 

We stayed in a two bed first floor apartment with large balcony. The apartment was clean, good size and a very relaxing place to stay. It's about ten minutes walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants, around 20-30 minutes to arena where we took a boat excursion. Beach nearby is clean with a few bars open all day until late. Kids enjoyed all day use of the floating inflatable for £14.
The best thing about the apartment is the terrace where we all enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the view. This place is a great place to stay if you want to stay in a quiet seaside resort away from the bustle of central Pula. It was really clean and we felt very welcome. Highly recommend!

Clean, friendly staff and great views!

We were 4 adults in the one bed apartment, the bedroom is a good size as is the bed.  Two single beds were better than expected in the sitting room, not a sofa bed.  This was fine as we sat and ate outside all the time. Everything there we needed, very clean, great wifi, good view, good air conditioning.  Very short walk to the sea and bars, can hire SUPs and small motorboats.  Sea very clear, several different steps in from the rocks and flat areas to sunbath. Pebbly beach too and lovely beach bar there that’s open for morning coffee till late at night.  4-5 restaurants with sea food, and Italian styles menus. We Ubered in to Pula centre very easily, no delays, and back to the airport. Would recommend that way round. Stay by the beach and visit the city if don’t need a wild nightlife. Hope to return.

Excellent for the money, didn't need a car for a short break

The apartment was fantastic. We had a wonderful view of the sea from the very large balcony. It had a very modern kitchen and everything you needed. There was a place to park a car and free wi-fi. There is a bus stop just up the road. The owner was so helpful and lives just behind he property. We had a wonderful peaceful holiday. Thanks.😀

Peaceful break

This apartment was perfect. All amenities included, very clean, comfortable and perfectly sized for two adults and two children. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Beach was approx a two minute walk. Beautiful clear blue sea. Lovely restaurant on the sea front and boats you can hire. Stayed for 4 days and loved it. Bus station at bottom of road which is very reasonably priced and take you directly to town. Would definitely recommend

A well equipped apartment with a very friendly welcome. 5 minutes walk from the see front this apartment is a lovely relaxed place located in a quiet area just out of town. Parking to the front and Wi-Fi easily available.

Lovely apartment close to the see.

The closeness to the sea is the only thing you can confirm: poor cleanliness, poor quality synthetic sheets (we had to use t-shirts instead of t-shirts), very small bathroom with bad smells from the dumps and nightmarish mattress.

Appearances are deceiving!

My husband and I were guests in this property on the occasion of Easter, Pjescana uvala is a lovely seaside resort and the apartment is close to the sea. Nothing to say about the seaside resort, the proximity to the beach of the apartment and the kindness of one of the owners, but the property has many flaws. First of all the cat colony that inhabits the house and the relative smell that is not at all pleasant, in addition the dog and some cats are living in the car of one of the owners....the apartment was not exactly as it appears in the photos, in fact to me and my husband it is enough to stay on the first floor with a large sea balcony, but with a bathroom that is not that of the bathrooms, it is a backdrop, a nice picture of an old wiper and a very unstable view of the old one made of the bathroom.
