Fantastic setting with everything you would need for the perfect holiday. Unfortunately we got the worst possible weather so didn't get to fully use the outdoor dining space but it is perfect with both a charcoal and gas bbq.  The pool area is exceptional with great views across Zaton bay and first class sunbeds.  We were a family group of 8, but there is plenty of space around the villa if you want some time out as there is a terrace at the back overlooking the sea or a balcony off one of the living rooms.  There are two sets of private steps from the villa into the crystal clear sea and we swam and snorkeled every day - weather permitting. I would advise you invest in some beach shoes as there are a lot of sea urchins when you swim. The villa was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and hot showers. Steve, the owner, met us on arrival and showed us around then kindly took us to the nearest small supermarket so we could stock up on some essentials - thanks Steve you are the perfect host .  What I would say is that you would definitely need a car.  The nearest small supermarket is a good 30 minute walk away.  Stikovica has a small beach bar/restaurant, a pizzeria and a restaurant but if you run out of bread or milk get your walking shoes on !  P.S.  Don't forget to feed the cat !!

Perfect outdoor space

Stayed here for one week in primrose apartment. Apartment is very complete with everything you might wish for. Owners are extremely helpfull and willing to help you out with all you ask for. Got some valuable tips on parking in Dubrovnik, buslines to the city, restaurants and more tips. Stunning view from your own private terrace watching the sun go down each night. Best place to have your own prepared dinner if you ask me!!! (the photo I placed with this review is the view that you have from your terrace)

Terrace has loungers, parasol and even shower facility when you come out of the sea.

Kitchen equipped with a large fridge in combination with large freezer and plenty of storage room, oven, microwave, water cooker, really everything you need. 

Towels for bathroom, kitchen and toilets are also provided and having your own washing machine is very convenient!!!

Private beach is rocky, but only a few steps down from the house, on the side of the house you can find the steps leading down to the small pebbly beach of stickovica. 

We were very sad to leave this little paradise on earth, because that is what it is. Can recommend this apparment to everyone!!!

Superb apartment with stunning view!!!

Just returned from 2 weeks in Primrose Apartment. You couldn't find a better place to stay. Clean and well equipped , including sat TV, wifi and washing machine. Private parking.   Location perfect, steps from garden lead to sea and to private 'beach'. One minute walk to small beach, with two restaurants. 10 minutes by car to supermarkets and Zaton Veliki (larger village). 15 Minutes from parking for Dubrovnik at Gruz

 Scenery fabulous, warm blue waters, terrace with loungers and parasol.  Sat in shade and watched cruise ships and galleons go to and fro.

Owners helpful, friendly and not in your face.  Very willing to help .

Can't recommend this highly enough.
