Apartments are located within 25 minutes of the airport, 2 minutes from the beach and tennis courts, 3 minutes from the shops and cafes with restaurants, the apartment is new, well furnished, air conditioning with a quiet night mode, excellent internet speed, cleaning and changing clothes and towels are included in the cost, parking near the house, attentive and responsive staff, all for 11 points on a decimal system.

Just back from a fabulous week in the Dumicic luxury apartments . 
These apartments are 5 star.
Everything worked out so well. Mrs Dumicic arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport as our flight was really late arriving. She met us at the apartments and explained about the keys and facilities. The Dumicics and Kristina were so hospitable and helpful during our stay.
We joined the nearby meridian spa and enjoyed the pool and facilities there. The bus into Split is right across the road from the apartments .its a really efficient service and while there is the local bus no.60 there is also a private bus service which operates the same route and it's the same price.
We spent many evenings exploring Split and loved  the vibrancy and general vibe of the city with great restaurants , artists , crafts and atmosphere. The local wines are super too.
We looked forward to returning to the apartment in the evening as it's top class. 
Everything from the layout, decor , bed linen and space really surpassed our expectations.
We will return in the near future as it will be very hard to beat this beautiful place and the wonderful Dumicics and Kristina.



Excellent apartments

We stayed here for one week with our two children, one teenager and the other slightly younger. These apartments are finished to a very high standard, open plan sitting area with dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms and if necessary the double bed can be separated to provide two large single beds. There is one large shower room / toilet and another bathroom / toilet as well as a third small toilet.... there is a washing machine in the bathroom so there is no noise when watching tv or relaxing. There are TVS in all bedrooms.  The bedroom and sitting area had outside balconies where we would sit and eat...
When we stayed we had use of the Meridian Lav hotel right next door a few minutes walk away but you need to buy either a five day pass or  daily pass for using the pool or private beach. 
The Appts are across the road from a small supermarket and restaurant which also has a good take away menu. There is a small bakery and ATM there as well. A small underpass links the Appt to these shops. 
The staff Kristina and Ana  very kindly arranged a taxi to collect us at the airport and take us back to the airport 50 Euro each way about a 30 minute trip. There are no lifts so if you cannot manage a small set of stairs maybe ask for a ground floor apt .. 
Although the Apt use credit card to secure your booking they do not take card payments so you need to call them about payment options, ( we used electronic banking while we were there ) This was a minor inconvenience though for what was a perfect holiday for us and our family

Beautiful Apts handy to everything

Excellent apartment of 100 meters with two bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a large garden. Furnished with taste and good equipment.Impeccable and all luxury. It is in the beach area and close to the split city with access by car in 10 minutes or by bus.

The luxury of the Adriatic Sea.

A great choice if you're driving, next to the beach and with a long private walk with hotels, a couple of beaches, restaurants, etc. Very nice and clean apartment, well decorated and modern, with a terrace overlooking the sea as we had reserved.
