Positive:
The lady was very kind, and professional. The apartment is just opened in this season, (new building), so everything is completely new, modern, and very clean, well equipped: it is really perfect. From the apartment very nice view to the marina. the beach is only ~100m. Take a trip with the ship called Kelementa 1909!

Negative:
sometimes a little bit poor internet connection, but i think you can live with that.

Completely new building, with wonderfull see view

These apartments are on Klimno, a small town on the Island of Krk set on the water with a quiet road between with stunning views in all directions.  Our apartment was extremely clean and tastefully decorated with English TV and free WiFi.  We had an outdoor dining area to enjoy our breakfast or dinner at.  We also had free off road security parking.  Mira, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.  The town itself has two restaurants, pizzeria, cafe/bar, market and bakery.  One of the restaurants, Zal was really gorgeous, set on the water's edge with fabulous food and service.  In three days we drove around most of the island.

Great Location

We spent 12days at App type "D" at september 2013 with our babys. 
The appartment is newly built, it is in a silent little village Klimno, what is perfect if you dont like crowd like at Baska beach. But it is close enough on Krk to see everything...

The location was perfect for us, the terraces are looking to the small bay-harbor and a beautiful sunset is "in the price" :D! 
3 restaurants, a bar and a supermarket are just 15-40m from the house, the nearest beach (pebble beach) is about 3 min walk, on the other side of the small bay!

The appartment is well equipped, our had 2 separate bedrooms (1 of it with AC) and 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a livingarea (also with AC). They are just like on the pictures of their homepage!
