The main asset of this camping is its location and the phenomenal big sea water pool on the beach that is well maintained and used only by the guests of the camp so there is never crowd. The camp facilities are ok and both tents and mobile homes are great for families with small kids. Unfortunately, for this tourist segment they should have taken care of a grocery store within or near the camp so people wouldn t have to walk and carry heavy bags for cca 1 km to the nearest grocery (and very expensive, with no available parking). At the same time there is a spacious store selling beach equipment and clothes, owned by the camp as well,  but it obviously brings more profit than a grocery would have. Same thing is the camp s restaurant that could have offered pre-orders of breakfast or half-board, but obviosly they don t sem to care enough. Though the place is mostly empty due to bad offer compared to extremely high prices and sometimes even a bit rude staff. We ate dinners mostly out, but rather spent our money at a very good and near restaurant Val, a little lower down the promenada. Anyway regardless of the high price of the acomodation, the camp has a lot of potencial if it takes care for above mentioned disadvantages otherwise I m not sure they will be able to maintain that price.

Nice place, poor offer and service

Over-priced restaurant on the beach front. Unpleasant food.  Unfriendly staff. Don’t order ice cream whatever you do, my daughter asked for one scoop but was charged for 3, and when we pointed out the error the aggressive waiter refused to give us the correct change.  All round nasty atmosphere.  


Unfriendly, rude and a rip-off

The proximity to the pebble beach is just fantastic. Before noon you can enjoy natural shade of pine trees and in the afternoon you can get free sunbed and sun screen if needed. In September it was also very quiet and peaceful (not sure if this is also the case in top season). They have covered parking! 

Staff is super friendly (they have accommodated us early check-in in later check-out). Much appreciated. 

Wi-fi was super-fast (HD video streaming) and working also on the beach. 

Mobile houses are a tired and outdated. Some refurbishment / renewal is needed in a very near future. We were missing bakery in the proximity of camp (the nearest is 1 km away).

Fantastic beach proximity overcomes tired mobile houses

What a nice place. We stayed in a safari tent, which was clean and had all we needed. Next time I will bring my own cutting board and baking pan, but that is just a detaill.  Every three days clean towels, every week clean sheets. Very friendly staff. About 1 min (or 30 seconds run) to the beautiful beach. There are enough beachbeds and parasols and you get two per family and that's ok because the kids are swimming whole day. The restaurant serves nice dishes and woodoven pizzas. Pasta's are good too! It's about 10 minutes walk to the nearest litte supermarket. If you want fresh bread it's about a 15 min walk. If you want to go to Porec, you can walk to the little train (30 min walk). Some friends wanted to visit us at the campsite and that was no problem at all. We like to come back again and explore Kroatia a bit more. Thank u for a great stay. 

Great holiday at a fantastic place 

We stayed in one of the mobile homes, it was very comfortable and provided a pleasant setting. It is well designed so you feel you have some privacy. The pool is lovely, and not too busy, is connected to the sea with views towards Porec town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and seemed to work tirelessly to keep everywhere looking nice.It's about a 30 mins walk to Porec along the coast. We did the day trip to Venice which was well worth it, but don't do it on a Saturday as that is when all the cruise liners stop off.

Tranquil place to stay

4th August 2018 at 19 p.m. we reached this campsite.
Beautiful and luxury campsite with 2 amazing pools, tennis courtyard, great space for outdoor gym, clean toilets, superb tents for rich European families, amazing view on Porec, king operators with fluent English speech, etc.

You are now thinking:"Why did he get only one star" ?
Here follows what is happened considering € 82 fee for one night.

Pitches were not delimited, during night time the fan conditioning system of the nearby hotel was too noisy and, last but not least, this fantastic campsite weren't equipped with chemical toilet and waste water discharge !!

I asked a price reduction due to these lacks, especially for the absence of chemical and waste water discharge, but the categorical answer has been:"Absolutely not".

One advice for the friends with caravans or campers:"Stay away from this boutique camping".

Story of one August night 2018

The place does not feel like a hotel, rather as small summer house where you feel totally free and relaxed. You do not need to bother when the breakfast starts or if you are in time for dinner - you can just go with your own rhythm. 
A small kitchen is fully sufficient to cook a breakfast, a lunch or even a dinner. The terrace is big and comfy. Many guests actually spent most of their time there :) And there are many smaller and bigger shops nearby to get groceries. Though I would especially recommend a local market in Porec, but for that one you would rather take a car/bicycle.
The rooms as small, but comfortable.
The pool area is very clean and the sea water makes it just as perfect as it could be. There is also a kids pool, noisy and full of kids :)
The neighbourhood is very good for walking, jogging or yoga.
Be aware, that in Istria most beaches are stony, so you will need bathing shoes (which are cheap and sold everywhere). 

What I could recommend for improvement:
- changing towels only every three days made it no so comfortable for me. I would be willing to pay more,  but to have a daily change;
- sun umbrellas are literally gone with the wind when it comes, something more stable and reliable could add much more comfort to your guests.
