We were looking for a quiet stay with some extra amenities near central Istria. We were very pleased with the room size, cleanliness and service in general. The breakfast was excellent, in their restaurant wich we full-heartedly recommend for lunch and dinner.
Keep in mind that there are rooms above the restaurant as well as newer acommodations with a pool and a large courtyard. There you might be more comfortable in a room on the second floor, since ground floor rooms have a direct exit to the pool area which might not be to you liking.

Great rest a short drive from the seaside

We chose this hotel in first instance because it is an ideal starting point for visiting Istria; from here to Umag, Porec, Rovinj, Pula, and the inland of Istria if you have a car, it is not very far. But it is also such a quiet peaceful place only a few km from the sea and the hotels full of tourists. You can eat local food here between the local people. The restaurant of the family is in one word 'great'. The family of Daniela who run the hotel and the restaurant are just warm, helpful, friendly and also dedicated people. There is a fine swimming pool outside, and a car can be parked easily.We had a room for a person with a handicap, and that was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Fantastic stay at this Istrian hotel (B&B)

We had a lovely 3 night stay. We stayed in the apartment which is really comfortable with great beds & a full cooker (no microwave). The ground floor terrace goes directly to the shared swimming pool & sun beds. The location is really nice & quiet yet on 10 mins from Porec and the sea. The breakfast is excellent.
Highly recommended. 

Brilliant

After spending nearly 3 hours crossing the Slovenia/Croatian border, we arrived tired and late at Daniela's to be greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and shown to our very nice room and told that they had kept a table for us in the restaurant for dinner. The week kept on the same excellent way every day. There are a total of 8 rooms around the pool with a couple of rooms above the restaurant. The rooms are large and spacious with a big bathroom and balcony or terrace overlooking the 10x5 m  pool The  in house restaurant serves a variety of excellent meals at very reasonable prices. Even though it is off the beaten track and 5km from Porec, The place is full with 100+ diners every night. We will be back for sure but flying rather than driving 2,000 km.

Peaceful oasis in a small village

My wife and I were visiting Porec and we had read good reviews about this place. We were delighted with what we found. This establishment is pleasantly located in the countryside. The food was superb. (We had the seafood with spaghetti.) When we were leaving the young lady,  who I think was the daughter of the owner, suggested that we go through the nearby medieval town of Gračišće. This was a wonderful suggestion the town is hardly changed from the middle ages.

Great food and a very pleasant stay

Our 8 lights stay was a very pleasant one. 5-6 km from Porec and the sea you' ll need a car or a bicyle to go to the beach. We had a good option for 3 adults, 2 separate rooms, both with AC above the restaurant. Basic rooms. Good breakfast, friendly service and a very good restaurant, which was full every evening. A pool beside the newer accommondation building. Worth visiting and choosing.

A very good choice

We come to Porec area during summer allmost every week-end... To relax, having fun with F&F...

And we do have dinner at this restaurat on outskirts of Porec area every Friday... Do I need to say more?

Have some fresh mussles for "short" entry 
Ask for fresh catch of the day
