Overall we had a great stay at B&B Villa Adriana! We will surely come back and would recommend it to anyone (hoping it doesn’t become too popular and that it gets sold out too quickly).

Highlights:
- Friendly hosts 
- Great pool, jacuzzi and lounge area
- Nice bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette 
- Fan and AC in bedroom
- Good breakfast offer 

What could be improved:
- Kitchenette tends to get very warm; a fan could be useful
- Internet in the evening was not so great (but working well in the morning/early afternoon)
- It would be nicer to have the possibility to add the drinks at the bar to our room bill and pay everything in one go at checkout (instead of currently paying in cash at the bar after each drink) 
- I would have personally welcomed a later check-out, until 11.00 (instead of currently 10.00); and breakfast until 10.30 (instead of currently 10.00). Not everybody is an early bird, especially on holiday ;-)

Amazing & relaxing stay

Clean, lovely and on a great location is what sums up Adriana. It’s so close to Kamenjak nature park it’s crazy. Always a perfect breakfast as they are really trying to fulfill every little desire one might have. We will return!

Lovely family business

The family at Villa Adriana are really lovely and very helpful. Giving great direction and advice in where to go how to get there ect. Which beaches are easy to get to Which is child friendly, adventurous and so forth. They have a mini bar there which is reasonably priced, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi which is heated. 
Breakfast there is absolutely lovely but at an extra cost.     
The villa is walking distance to basically every where: city center, restaurants, bars etc.
Will definitely be visiting again.  

Very positive reviews on the website where we booked the room proved themselves. Location is great - 100m from the entrance to Kamenjak. Rooms are nice and cosy, with big balcony. Breakfast was super - definitely worth 6€ you pay for. And there is a jacuzzi which is definitely cherry on the top. But the most important are very friendly owners.
If going to Kamenjak, I would strongly recommend this place to stay in.

Great location, very friendly owners

We stayed in a double room with breakfast, very close to the entrance of Kamenjak park. Rooms are nice, with a balcony, and are equipped with a/c, fan, hairdryer and a little fridge. Breakfast is excellent, with a choice of sweet and salty food. We loved our stay and look forward to going back soon.
