The house is very nice and well furnished and comfortable, a nice ranch in front with two very sweet horses to whom we gave apples... and there are also two puppy dogs... the gentle owner who could however inform us about the activities to do with the horses... total lack of sound protection as the people above us have walked all morning and seemed to have them in the room

Beautiful ranch

We were enthusiastic about the accommodation. First of all: we are absolutely animal-friendly and have also traveled with our dog. The dogs of the accommodation (Lucky and Lou) are absolutely golden and lovable. Our dog also totally enjoyed the excursion to the ranch with the dogs, horses and wide fields. The drive to the Plitvice lakes takes about 10-15 minutes. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. For romantic evenings there is also a fireplace in the room. We were very happy and looking forward to having just the two of us booked a little something on our round trip.

Romantic Accommodation in the Midst of Nature

We always dreamt about spending some days in a chalet and our dream this winter finally came true. One week doing nothing, just preparing breakfast and walking around exploring environment was really amazing and relaxing. This property is clean, cosy and makes you wanna stay longer...  It is equipped with all basic things you need, but if you you are pampered and cannot wash by hands two plates, then go to some more luxurious place. The beds were really comfortable and we slept really good in total darkness. It is silent place without traffic noise and surrounded with great landscape. You have small supermarkets and restaurants just 4-5 km far and surrely you need car here. We visited Plitvice, Dreznik, cities Bihac and Knin and some days we simply stayed inside having a nap with our small daughter, watched movies and recovering from everyday stress and routine we have at home.
We have been in apartment No.1 and one night in apartment No.3 due to our reservation change in last minutes and both apartments were simply great. Some days there have been guests in another apartments and some days we have been alone in the house (the house has 3 apartments) and surely you hear some noise when there are other guests because it is completely wooden house and has no other isolation, but for us it was totally ok because that are normal and civilized people who don’t make parties. The owner is very kind and everything with check-in and check-our run smoothly. When you are fan of nature, animals and simple life, then this is the right place for you. We will surely come here again!

Amazing place for relaxing and enjoying in nature

Located in the beautiful Croatian countryside this ranch consists of two wonderful wooden huts, each with 3 apartments, two on the ground floor and one that occupies the entire first floor. We stayed in the latter: huge, well-finished, very clean. The living area was really large, with a beautifully accessorized kitchen with perfect views, a large table, two sofas and a bed. The other two rooms were the room, also spacious with single and double bed, and the bathroom with a large corner tub where you can relax after a day of walking. The owners were kind and available. The ranch is 10 minutes drive from the nearest village and is absolutely worth investing in! highly recommended!!

A Perfect Refuge immersed in Nature

The ranch is exactly like the pictures you see on the site: spacious, green, tidy, quiet and cozy. Our little house is called Iris and it's a one-room apartment where we've been great. There was nothing missing. In the evening you can sit outside on the shelves and admire the starry sky - which is really spectacular here - in the silence of the place, hearing the highest nitration of the horses. It's a little isolated but only 4 km from the main road. From here you can easily reach all the places of interest in this area. Mrs. Blanca is very kind and available. I highly recommend!

That's great.

I absolutely loved loved this property. The drive to the property itself was breathtaking. The area around was soo green. The apartment was very neat and clean and the beds were very comfortable. 

The check in and check out were extremely flexible and we had no problems whatsoever 

It’s ranch house and we saw some horses there and the walk around was also great. 

The supermarket etc are just a short drive away. 

I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property

We stayed 3 nights during the New Year weekend. House is great, comfortable, we and our friends (2 families) were eating and  hanging out in biggest upper apartment. But, there’s no dish washing mashine, so it was disaaster to do dishes for 13 of us 3-4 times a day. Then when we clean the dishes there was no hot water any more for having shower. It should be much more glases, cutlery, good knifes. There’s no owen and there are not good restaurants near during the winter so it would be necessary to have one. 

The owner is nice, bought us marmelade when we wanted to make pancakes but fir this price it should be better equipped.

So usually on a ranch you find horses, there they've obviously disappeared... when we get there, we're told that tap water is not safe to drink!

Disappointed

Like a dream! perfect place to stay, and hopefully in the future we will come back with our daughter as an enchanting place to play and stay for some days. Best green landscape to enjoy as views from the first floor of the apartment. The wooden apartment was just perfect and comfortable. The enjoyed petting the dogs and the cat and even the fireflies when it was getting dark, that was just magic!! We regret to have stayed only for a couple nights but it was adorable and a relaxing nice stay.

Sadly they do not have the option to ride the horses and there is not much people around to ask things about the surroundings, etc, despite they gave us some info at the check-in time.

We would recommend it 100%!

One of the best places we've ever stayed at!

A beautiful wooden ranch with dogs and horses, in the middle of the woods and 12 km from the wonderful Plitvice Lakes; the apartment is very comfortable, the comfortable beds, sure you are in nature, no wonder you find some crickets in the bathroom.
