Nice family & apartments are ok, BUT would NEVER come back. 
Short: we can’t sleep since we arrived, the airco is not working properly at all
1. It’s located in the kitchen & not cooling any bedroom , absolutely ridiculous 
2. seems like the owners manage it automatically.. it just switches randomly off (or on purpose) 
3. Even if they wouldn’t it’s strengths is like a baby fan
We Can’t fall asleep, wake up 6 am in sweat - can not even enjoy the island.. And I mean it. 
Headache all over as an extra ;)
Terrible in 1 word; detail you can say but it ruins the whole trip & experience, trust me..
Worse summer vacation so far.

You want to sleep well, enjoy vacation not fight the tiredness every day- don’t go there.
Really shame once again but I have been to croatia 4 times and never seen something like this.

It’s basic need in countries like this.
We tried to talk to the owners- nothing changes after 3 days.. absolutely horrible.

Shame but so bad…

Very spacious property, air conditioned, friendly host, free parking just outside the apartment, very quiet area. The host lives just next door. Cleaning not up to mark and new bed linen needed. The utensils, pots and pans were not very clean. One of the burners didnot work. Shower has shower curtain but water still comes out on to the floor. Due to language barrier, we got charged twice but luckily we could resolve it at checkout.

Okay for a night

The apartment was not the one we booked, we were given a downgraded version; smaller and much older furniture. The apartment itself wasn't cleaned, and with COVID at the moment, we refused to stay. Bins hadn't been emptied, old towels still in the bathroom, the bed hadn't been made, smelt of smoke and the kitchen was dirty. 

The lady running the property didn't speak much English, leaving us with a poorly worded conversation. We found a place a mile down the road, much better! I would recommend searching around, as there are more than expected. The location is good, however, if you get to the lakes early in the morning, parking wasn't bad.

Not as epxected....

We booked this appartment so we were close to the Plitvicilakes which is recommended if youwant to visit it and be there early. We were recieved by the boss. Really friendly lady who speaks English quiet well. The appartment by it self was really nice. It was big, clean and the beds were oke. We askes before we arrieved if breakfast was possible and because we wanted to be early at the lakes we had breakfast at 6.30 which was no problem for the lady. She also gave us a lot of information. I reccomend this of you want to stay for a sleep over.

One night

Be aware ,   despite our reservation did some months before she propose us another room ( very low level) with the excuse the room booked was out of order due to  some problem with the hot water we hadn't have  chance to get another room in another place, than we accept it  (after asked and get   a new price lower but this was not the question),ovviusly our room booked before I checked was ready occupied.

Spacious, well appointed, self-contained studio apartment. Good wi-fi and easy parking area. Very silent, despite of being close to the main road. If you find nobody around, check out the white house across the street: the friendly owners live there. We have been there in mid-winter (very low season) and the studio was probably empty for a while. It means the heating system was likely started just for us and we felt a bit cold inside.

I have no words to describe how awful this apartment was.To begin with,when we arrived we were very tired,but sadly, the bed was very uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep well.Not to mention the horrible noise that the fridge was doing the whole night.Moreover,the bathroom was very dirty and the water took very long to be heated.We couldn't take a shower because the towels were used and very dirty.Also,there were a lot of horrible insects which were all over the bathroom.After a horrific night,we woke up and we were very hungry,but even though the breakfast was very expensive, the food was disgusting.Everything seemed to be of bad quality,especially the bread,the sausages and the elderberry juice.It was the most awful experience of my life and I would never recommend this place to anyone,not even to my worst enemy. I would never come back!

Horrible experience

Stayed 1 night, family of 4.
Choldren accomodated downstairs and patrnts upstairs.
Kitchen well furbished.
Very spacious.
Complimentary coffee and tea woul've made it perfect. Recommended for visiting plitvica and adjacent attractions.
Really enjoyed it.
