We took the studio room for two nights when visiting Plitvice Park. The location is great for this purpose. Some little things bothered us. The shower had a depression on one side so that you were standing in water while showering. There was very poor ventilation of the bathroom (a partially open window). The sink barely had places to put our stuff such as toothbrushes. The kitchen had too few utensils and dishes. The refrigerator made a "water flow" sound that bothered me at night. The windows had no mesh screens to keep away bugs. On the other hand, AC worked well, Wifi was good, the electric cooktop was quick and the room in general looked nice. I was happy, my wife less so, therefore the average rating.

Good location, okay room, good price

A great option for relaxing after seeing the park.A few minutes' drive from the entrance 1.Very spacious and very new rooms, like newly opened.A minute's walk away there is a supermarket.

Unfortunately, one day before we left, four people who had to come with us, due to health reasons, could not leave, so we detached two rooms 48 hours before our arrival. Despite such a short notice, they did not charge us for the two rooms (as by contract) not occupied. Easily identifiable in Noi Grabovac.

Clean and spacious

We stayed overnight at the end of August 2016 after visiting the Plitvice Falls. A spacious and clean room, equipped with a refrigerator and terrace with table and chairs. Wi-Fi available and fast. A windowless bathroom. The property has a restaurant, open from 7am, accessible on foot.

It's all in the headline: air conditioning down... so hot night (windows open and noise from vehicles very present) I chose this room because there was air conditioning... so it must have been a review of the room looking down... otherwise everything else was perfectly nice.

It's perfect if...

Stayed in the studio apartment that was very spacious with new modern bathroom. Shower experience was excellent. Would highly recommend. Only 5 mins drive away from Plitvice Entrance 1. There is a mini market across the road, and a close by restaurant within walking distance.

NEW, clean and fragrant rooms ten minutes from the lakes. Clean towels every day. Restaurant and supermarket across the street. Total relaxation.

That's great.

We stayed here for a night after visiting plitvice lake. This first house us fairly new, very modernised located in a quiet area. Great service, great WiFi, great bathroom facilities, free parking just outside. Supermarkets and various restaurants all within close walking distance. Great value for money. Would defo return here again

Fantastic

It's less than 10km from the Plitvice parks, well-organized and friendly. New structure with spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant at 500m. Quiet village, the facility is easily recognizable as it's located near the main road to the lakes.

Very Beautiful and New

We loved to stay at this guesthouse as it is close to Plitvice lakes - 8 km. The landlady was really kind, we understood each other in some English words, she showed us how to get to the park. 
The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and new, the bathroom as well. AC and WIFi working great, we also had a small fridge. Balcony is shared with next room. It has a fair price, it even offers more.
