It should be avoided. Old apartments with non-compliant and dangerous plants. I posted some pictures to give you an idea. 
For the first time since I travel, I've had a nasty accident in one of these apartments. Leaning with one hand on the corner of the sink in the bathroom, this has fallen to the floor and broken. I cut my foot and got some sutures at the hospital and so I ruined my holiday week, spending it on crutches. When the sink broke, even the knobs to close the water didn't work and we had to wait for help with tools to stop the water flooding the bathroom.
The sink wasn't the only possible danger. There were differences in the floor level when going from one room to another; a socket near the kitchen sink; the electrical water heater in the bathroom just next to the shower, very close to the floor and plugged in a socket even closer to the ground. 
I didn't get the receipt when I paid for the accommodation and they didn't offer me a compensation for the injury I suffered. Moreover, they tried to charge me the old and dangerous sink that had broken. Only when I was given the receipt of the tiny and inadequate new sink installed I also received the receipt of the apartment payment. 
I hope this review can help others to avoid problems.

To avoid

We stayed in this apartment the last week of August at 4: we had a three-bedroom with two bedrooms, cooking corner and bathroom, as well as a fantastic terrace overlooking the port of Sukosan. I mean, it looks bad because you can only walk in the middle of the center in the wide alleys of 1 meter and a half but then we found ourselves fine. All parking is paid and the owner's son (speaking very good English) gave us a ticket to exhibit on the car so that we don't have to pay a week's parking. The house was clean and with all the amenities that they had, comfortable right in the center of Sukosan, which is also a great location to move around and around the area: 10 minutes from Zara, 10 minutes from Biog, 1 minute from the start and a quarter of a foot from the parking lot. so I did not have to move in the unfinished areas like Sukosan.

Good position to rotate

We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms living room kitchen bathroom and balcony, they gave us an apartment where there was neither balcony nor living room, besides very uncomfortable beds, in the second room, bed for two tiny, so much so that my son had to sleep on a sofa in the kitchen corner.
