We rented an apartment for 5 people this summer, it was really great. The people welcomed us very very well, the apartment was clean and spacious for 5 people. The air conditioning is very nice given the heat in Zadar in the middle of summer. In addition, the apartment has a terrace, a washing machine and a dishwasher (despite the fact that it was broken when we arrived) which is very nice especially for 5 people.

Very much appreciated

We stayed in apartment 25, the apartment is nice, well furnished. The only note is for the very small kitchen with a micro fridge and the bathroom with a really tight shower. For the rest the apartment is located just outside the center, convenient to reach the beaches or the city itself... strictly by car. We found the apartment very noisy, however, in the sense that the walls are made of paper and you can hear people talking, even with normal tones. The owner of the apartment, who lives below, speaks only German and has a very high-pitched tone of voice type... He will keep you company on the same days. The supermarket services and the token laundry are two-way... Very convenient! In general, it is an apartment that I would recommend passing by anyway.

App.25: Nice and well positioned!

i think the other reviewer for this place has got the wrong location as it is nowhere near split. anyway the apartment is perfectly placed in the centre of rovinj and close to all ammenities, it was very clean and well kept and alough not big was ample for the four 
of us to relax and sleep at night. we had a small problem with the air con but this was soon sorted by the amazing staff at elim agency.

town center location

Visit with my partner to Croatia  1 week stay here. The place was quiet. Two story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. BBQ area. Just outside of Split. 
The owners are very helpful and there in a call if required. The place is next to a restaurant Arkadia where the food is outstanding and staff very helpful. 
The apartment is ideal for couples and small families. The pool which is private and for your use only is approx 5ft deep with steps. And Is very clean. 

I proposed to my partner in Croatia. 

We will defiantly be going back
