The room is in a villa with a garden in front. You can park for free in the street. Reception is very friendly, even offering juice and coffee while waiting for the room for 20 minutes. The room is modern with a big bathroom. There is a desk and a closet with a fridge. There is a balcony along the front. It’s very quiet. In the morning a very nice breakfast is served. The distance to the old town is less than ten minutes walking. A great place to stay for the city visit.

Great place for a city visit

The hotel is very easy to find and the welcome is warm.

We had a deluxe double room with large balcony that had a great retractable awning and was serviced each day. We overlooked the gardens and it was so peaceful.

The bathroom was very nicely finished and the shower was great.

Breakfast is quite basic but has a choice of 2 cereals, cold meats and cheese, scrambled egg, bacon, pastries and bread so something for everyone. 

Lovely welcoming hotel

We were absolutely thrilled with our choice of stay here at Ladavac for a part of our honeymoon. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Milosh, who explained everything to us from where to eat, easy ways into town, and where the best beach spots were. He even offered us a couple of bikes to rent for free! Our room was perfect, really clean, always had clean towels, a little mini fridge and a quiet balcony to enjoy a beer or two on!

Rovinj is an incredible town with so much around it to do. I highly recommend finding a spot to watch the sunsets - they were just amazing! There’s a great little bar up on the church grounds, that looks out into the ocean and give great views of the sunset!

Make sure to give yourself at LEAST three nights in Rovinj to really enjoy the area! And of course - make sure you stay at Ladavac!!!

Perfect location & wonderful staff

We stayed here for 3 nights. Arrived into Rovinj by ferry from Venice at around 20:00 on a Wednesday night. Milos collected us and drove us to our accommodation. 
He had great English, and had us checked in and out on the town fairly fast.
There were bikes available for free.
The room was spotless, free WiFi. Short walk to town.

We enjoyed the hospitality and great services of the gentlemen 'Ladavac', the peace around the apartment, the large terrace, the delicious breakfast. We were allowed to borrow their bicycles for free. This gave us even more the opportunity to discover beautiful places in the neighborhood. A highly recommended apartment, location, close to the village and the beach.

We spent beautiful 8 days in Rovinj. Our accommodations was nice, new and clean, we had a big bed and huge balcony. Maybe room was quite small, but we spent there only a few time. We also had breakfest, every day the same, but a food was fresh, so I didn´t have a problems with this. I can recommend this accommodations.
