Lovely Stone Villa with Private Garden and Terrace is located in a small and simple Istrian village about 4 km away from the sea, 6 km away from well-known historical city Pula and 7 km from airport. It is situated right in the middle of the lower tip of the peninsula at almost equal distance (about 13-20 car ride) from all most famous beaches of Istria – Pomer Beach, Banjole Beach, Pješčana Uvala Beach, Medulin Beach, Ližnjan Beach, Šišan Beach, Valkane City Beach in Pula. The local city bus station is ca.100m from the villa.

Villa features

The villa (fully air-conditioned) is completely restored and in the renovation of the stone house emphasis was placed on the preservation of traditional elements, which gives it a very pleasant atmosphere and has a special charm.

Private property area of 390 square meters with a small garden, sun loungers, beach shower in the street, with a swing for children of different ages, a barbecue area and a covered terrace of 35 square meters with garden furniture. Two-story house with an area of 104 square meters.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen (ceramic cook top, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric barbecue, electric coffee machine, espresso coffee machine). Amenities include air conditioning, a pull out sofa bed, large screen smart TV, CD player, dining room furniture, baby rocking chair and an open fireplace. A covered terrace with high quality garden furniture offers extra comfort for living.

Maximum 3 dogs allowed (at an additional cost). A washing machine is available on request free of charge.

The second room with air conditioner, ceiling fan, 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) with swing down toddler bed rail, 1 French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen) and private bathroom with shower / toilet.
