We booked a room and were told at arrival that unfortunately ("we are so sorry") no room available despite confirmed booking via agoda. As it was late night and full season (no available hotels), we had to sleep in a private, local family room. 

The case was raised and 

a) Hotel is not wiling to do anything about it, neither to document if we stayed or not (which would help agoda as agent to solve case)
b) Hotel is not cooperative with agoda and us, simply not replying (they don´t care)

It looks like a fraud quite frankly, so stay away !

Despite Booking no rooms and then not paying back - terrible fraud

We spent 2 nights (from the 15th - 17th Aug) there it wasn’t half bad the bathroom had a horrible strong smell from the kitchen. 
We used the restaurant. The next day we payed for  our receipt and we payed for our stay with a credit card. 3 days later we check our bank statement and we found that they have debated our card  for almost as much as we had paid for our stay. Which we did not authorise. We tried calling the owner back to sort out this problem only staff answered so we left our number for them to call back they never did. 
Overall we would have given the apartment a 3 Star rating but we felt that because of this action they deserve a 1 star rating.

Fraud and theft

“The staff were as helpful as possible, trying to help. They spoke good English. The location was good close to the centre and marina.The fridge was necessary as it was the hottest period in Croatia. We could hear the church bells. There was a balcony. The breakfast and restaurant food were very good. Good variety and properly cooked.We had lamb chops, they were excellant. The omlette at breakfast time was so tasty.

But the reception was not staffed unless we looked for someone. There was a shortage of staff as everyone is helping all customers with drinks and food in the bar and restaurant areas. The staff did not really know which room we were in and there was only 1 towel when we arrived.
We made a late booking and got the last room, room 7. We had a balcony and a large tree in front. Then the road which was noisy as there was no double glazing. We had a fridge, which was great because it was the hottest few days of August.
The shower had a support fixed to the wall whichalmost fell off. The shower cubicle was old and difficult to close properly. There was only a small amount of water flowing from a fully turned on dual tap. I believe it had been slowed down deliberately as water still filled up in the sink, without the plug in, because the u bend must have been blocked. These negative things spoilt the room but the rest of the trip was brilliant.

I had the pleasure to meet the owner of the restaurant, very helpful, and friendly lady gave me advice on the nearby attractions not limited to Krka Waterfalls. 

Myself and my friends we enjoyed staying in clean, well ventilated, and good priced rooms.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, with generous portions and the drinks were very nice too.

The only downside was we had to rent a car to see nearby places, but the staff helped us to find local transport options.

Overall, it was a great trip with very friendly staff and special thanks goes to helpful and friendly owner Maria.

Good accommodation, Delicious Food, Friendly Staff, Right next to Krka Waterfalls

We stayed here for two nights as a family of 3. We stayed on the second floor in apartment 5 which had a living / kitchen / bedroom area; a further bedroom; a terrace and a bathroom with shower. Our towels were changed / beds made / bins emptied daily which really impressed us for an apartment. Fridge and air con were fab. Only gripe was the slow draining sink but was totally manageable. We were comfy and had everything we needed. 

Breakfast was simple but nice. Self-serve style with meat, fruit, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, bread, juice, tea/coffee. Breakfast started at 7 which was perfect for an early boat for Krka. 

On arrival, our host was so welcoming. She sat down with us and a nap and explained how best to see the park with the time that we had. We followed her instructions exactly and had a truly wonderful experience. She is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the area. 

The restaurant is great. The menu had a good selection and we ate here both evenings. We had a broad range: mixed grill / chicken / breaded cheese / shrimp spaghetti. Drinks were lovely. The olive oil is from the owner’s own grove which was a lovely touch.

Beware of the FREE PARKING scam for tourists that is for their clients only.

They have a parking that with a guy at the entrance. It felt like you get free parking for going to the waterfalls. A very ugly scheme that makes you think twice about Croatia and your holiday. I wished I had a great experience and treated with respect.

We stumbled accross this place by chance. The owner Maria was extremly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and airconditioned and beds where very comfortable.  Best value for money so far in Croatia

Great accomodation

Very handy to Krka national Park and boats for the trip to the falls. Clean room, good bed and small balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioned if needed, fridge supplied (with freezer) with kitchen necessities in room as well for self catering if desired.Parking is beside the accommodation (no reservation required).

The apartment is a few steps from downtown, very cheap, the price is right, unfortunately the apartments are very dirty, the sheets are dirty, the toilets are dirty, the stairs to the dirty apartments, few towels.

Let's talk about this.

We went to Skradine specifically, stayed in these apartments for one night, got free parking, two bedrooms, everything in the room, but it was disappointing that we never got to use the wifi.
