My husband and I booked this as a quick stopover driving to Mostar Bosnia, but we’re pleasantly surprised at the town of Skradin and hospitality from Carmela. Despite communication being a bit difficult we were able to figure everything out. She offered us her homemade schnapps (delicious!) and had our clothes cleaned and pressed for us without accepting payment for this. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

Hospitality was amazing!

We stayed here for one night. The property is in a great location that included parking. The owner kindly allowed us to keep our car in her parking area even after we had checked out so that we were able to simply walk to the boats (just minutes away) to take us into the national park for the day. It's also a very convenient location to walk to the grocery store and restaurants in town.

The owner doesn't speak much English, but she was helpful and check-in was easy. My sister speaks German, so she was able to converse with the owner in German instead.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The only issue was that the hairdryer malfunctioned and started burning, but we told the owner about this issue when we checked out.

Good one night stay

I wanted to write a review of this lovely guesthouse to say how welcoming and kind the lady who runs it is. I stayed with 2 friends in the triple room. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy. The location is perfect. The owner speaks more German than English but she was wonderful and stored out luggage on the day we were leaving. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hopefully one day will be back. 

Perfect

Very kind and punctual, the location is perfect: in the center, near the exit of the excursions to Krka, near the road from which you get to Skradin so you don't have to drive with the suitcases for the streets, but go down and you're there. It also has private parking under the house. The very kind mistress left us the tomatoes of her garden ready in the fridge. Clean and new house with mosquito feeders and air conditioning. The title Guest House does not make the idea, it's a real apartment.

It's a beautiful location.

Very good starting point if you want to go to the park Krka. I booked in this place a little by chance but I was frankly very satisfied. Warm welcome by Camilla despite our late arrival time. We had a problem on the road. Very comfortable triple room, impeccable hygiene, air conditioning, refrigerator in the room, new furniture. Camilla speaks German and Croatian but with a little effort and kindness we could easily understand each other. The establishment has a parking lot but this one was full. She has an arrangement with the public parking department that paid for this allowed us to get our car safely at night and all the duration of our stay in the park to Krka. This is not negligible when we took a hard time to get to the private park and to get back to the park.
