Very clean and located in a safe area, about 10-15 min walk from bus station and old town. The owner (Anita) went to the station to pick me up, which was great since the streets can be confusing. 
The room had a nice size and some amenities like coffee. There is a fridge also.
I never heard I peep from the other people staying in the house, so that was a bonus. I would stay here again.

Clean and great for the money

The host, Anita, greeted me on arrival. She was very friendly, informative and helpful, and provided me with her contact details if I needed anything.I had a twin bedded room ( for single use) with private bathroom, with a fridge and kettle. The room was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Location was very good, in a quiet area less than 15 min from the old town and the Diocletian Palace. There is a supermarket and various shops less than 5 mins away. The Wifi was fast and reliable. Excellent value.
Btw, a noisy peacock in the neighbourhood provided a little "entertainment" during daylight ..

Split Break

Anita's studio contains a fully equipped little kitchenette with fridge, stovetop, kettle and free tea and coffee. The room also has a tv, air/con and a huge private bathroom which also contains a washing machine! We felt right at home straight away. The room was clean and tidy and situated in a perfect location - only 10 minutes walk into the old town/bus stop/ferry port but away from the tourists and noise. There are two supermarkets just down the road and numerous little bakeries around. Anita is very kind, helpful and trusting. She kindly let us check out late to make our wait for the ferry more comfortable. Thank you so much Anita!!

Perfect studio in perfect location in Split :)

Rooms are under the roof.
5 minutes walking from the old town and promenade.
Owner is very kind and helpful.
Room was clean.
There is fridge, small cooking area and also washingmachine. No other words to add if not say we're satisfied to had a night there!
