Mario and Antonija were fantastic with responding to our questions at all times.
The room was enough for us but the tv would be beneficial to work properly in the evenings for our kids.
Room was spacious, bathroom was at good size.
In the kitchen there is a kettle, cutlery as some plates and cups, glasses and mugs.
Wash machine was a benefit for us a family 👌🏼
Cleaning products are provided and hand soap too.
WiFi was very good.
The location is absolutely awesome so you don’t need the car.
Baćvice beach is 500 metres from the guesthouse, green market, Riva promenade and Diocletian Palace at short walking distance.
Marian Forest Park is also a good point to visit and to walk around the park to see the beautiful views on Split Port.
I also must recommend Toć Bistro which is located at a minute walk from the Guesthouse.  They serve a delicious local food and using only fresh ingredients.

We are very happy.

Nice stay, very close to the historic city of Split. Cosy appartment with everything you need (ironer, kitchen, airco in rooms). Do not expect a state of the art appartment. The showers are rather small. As a group of young people we found them to be tidy but some people might find rust on some places dirty. Good restaurants are very nearby. You do not sleep on the streey side and even if so.. Street doesn't have many trafic. Good communication with the owner through booking.com and whatsapp. 

Flawless

The location was the only good thing. train & bus stations are 5 minutes walk and old town is 10 minutes away. The apartment has many levels even for bathrooms and it is very hard to go up and down for seniors. Very small kitchen with very old stove and refrigerator under the stove. Not enough space for even one person to stand. Very small bed space in good size room. Water was leaking and coming to bedroom. smell bad. not very clean. Mario, the care taker, was very nice and helpful. no windows in apartment.

not comfortable

Fantastic location close to main bus and train station and short walk into the centre of Split. The room was a good size with clean and tidy bathrooms. Also air con! The kitchen appeared to be well equipped and there was a large fridge in the hallway. Security was good, with keys to the main door and the door to our room. It was a little bit difficult to find the guest house as there are no signs out on the street like there are for other apartments on the same street. We eventually found it after walking around for a while and asking a neighbour. A sign on the street or more detailed instructions to find it would have been helpful.

Well equipped guest house for a good price close to public transport

We rented the whole house for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was superb, furnished to a really high standard and fully equipped. The garden and pool area was beautiful with plenty of space to sit out and a large barbecue and eating area. All the apartments were great too. The owner greeted us with cheese, ham and wine and made us feel very welcome. The town of Stobrec was lovely with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Would go back tomorrow if it was possible. Very highly recommended. 


Fantastic house highly recommended 

Mario was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were in a jam and needed a place to stay for only a night and he helped out big time. The apartment has a great location near the bus station and ferries, while also near the palace. It's a bit removed from the main tourist drag too so you're not overwhelmed every part of the journey. A great value for the money, would certainly stay again.
