Such a wonderful apartment in a great location and so comfortable! I highly recommend and would stay again! The host greeted us well and had many local tips. Comfy bed and had everything we needed. Thanks!

Really great place!

From the outside, not much to look at. Typical old inner city building. Inside it was lovely. Recently renovated, clean comfortable, new modern furniture. Plenty of electrical sockets, kettle, refrigerator, microwave.

Noisy city outside, but close the window and it's really quiet and peaceful (although you can hear footsteps in the apartment above). No need to open the window, the air- conditioning works very well - and is silent.

The apartment (or room, depending on which you book) is really centrally located right beside the old city walls of Diaclesian 's Palace. Ideal for walking into the city.

The owner was very helpful on arrival, taking time to explain the layout of the city from here, and giving food recommendations for eating places etc.

If arriving by car, be aware there is no car parking here. However contact the owner in advance and he will be able to sort something out. We didn't,  but he still sorted us out with 3 days free parking about 15-20 minutes walk away (led us there and brought us back in his own car).

We were really pleased with the accommodation and the service.

Clean, comfortable, ideally situated

We stay every year for five days. Clean, excellent host and his family, very close to ferry, bus. Close to old city. Close to restaurants. In two minutes you  are in town. I would like to recomand this apartmants everyone.

very close to the waterfront. old part of split. well maintained. not great in terms of luxury. clean. very helpful owner. one of our group had left their shoes behind. They put them in the next bus coming to the Dubronik. We had taken 3 bedrooms out of the four. The common area is a bit cramped, but otherwise the place is good. Will definitely recommend.

The apartments are centrally located within walking distance from the church, the bazaars, the beach front etc
The apartments themselves were well equipped with good kitchenette and microwave. Small balconies Outside our rooms. There was also a washing machine on our floor. And a small supermarket just outside served all out basic needs

I also want to comment on the owner/staff who made special efforts to transport some item that we forgot in Split which they forwarded via bus to Dubrovnik where we have traveled to. Excellent service
