The location couldn't be better, very near one of the entrances to the palace. Spacious and clean. You pick up the keys in an office two minutes away from the room. Common kitchen for the Rooms. Private spacious bathroom. Lively área with los of restaurants but if you close the window you can't hear a thing. If you open it you will hear street singers, which is amazing. 

Right inside Diocletian's palace

We were a group of eight travelling together, so the apartment with four rooms and a shared kitchen area was ideal for us.

We were met as planned and were immediately pleased with the apartment. It's central location just inside the city walls was ideal.  The apartment as very clean and well presented. 

The apartments although basic and functional have everything you would need. Bedding and towels etc were good.

It's just up little side street which is for pedestrians only. 

Restaurants and bars are virtually on your doorstep.

Communications were great.

I would happily recommend these apartments to family and friends.

Perfect for our needs, very central, clean and well presented

This is a lovely apartment, in a fabulous location. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed being right in the centre of the Palace, just a short walk to all our favourite restaurants and bars. The room itself is a decent size, with a clean, very comfy bed, and good air conditioning (thank goodness!). The only downside is that there is no fridge within the room, although there is a communal kitchen down the hall. 
Ivana was very helpful and made our stay pleasant, would definitely stay here again. 

Wonderful apartment in centre of Split

Stayed here with a friend for a week. Cheapest we could find for such a good location. Right in the centre of dioclecians palace. Is difficult to find, we rang when nearby and easily directed to the property. Basic amenities but powerful shower and beds comfy and fab air con! As others have mentioned, walls are thin and can hear neighbours but I think we where lucky as no one over loud and no problems of noise within or outside the property. Only thing I would reccomend is taking ypur own hair dryer, the one provided is not effective at all. For the money this place is well worth it. 

Great location and cheap!

This hotel is in a great location and is just ok for what you pay.

The negatives-

Finding the place is almost impossible as there are no signs so you basically have to get near to it and call the owner/host to come find you which isn't ideal when you've come from a long road.

The host was very basic with her introduction. She basically just showed us to our room, explained the entry/exits and asked to be paid and that was it. No information or anything on split was given.

The room has 4 locks to get in and out of the complex which is very unnecessary. Too many locks, too many keys. We are tourists on holidays, not security guards. This needs to change.

If the above things were rectified, i would give this place a 4 star rating.
