I used booking.com to book this apartment. The apartment itself was nicely fitted out in amongst a building of residential apartments. The bathroom was small but very nicely done. The apartment is adjacent to a large car park which is the easiest way to access Kninska Street. It was a little hard to find and we walked around for about half an hour before we managed to run into Toni who was on the lookout for us. 

We stayed here for four nights and the price was right especially as you can walk to the main dining areas and attractions. There is also ATMs and cafés very near the apartment (5 mins walk).  Toni helped us check in, showed us around the apartment, and then took us to a free parking lot – he showed us two, both were within 10 minute walk of the apartment.  He then kindly walked back with us to ensure we knew the way.

I am not sure why the apartment is titled or identified as luxurious, although it was well appointed, it was not luxurious.  A couple of issues which influenced my rating.  Absolutely no view from the room beyond that of an overgrown side yard, and beyond that, a parking lot, and there were no English TV stations – even on holidays, we like to keep up with the news.  Coffee capsules were also provided, but not enough to last us our entire stay.

The kitchen is small, I mean tiny, and not that well equipped.  We ate in a few times as we wanted to keep costs down as we were travelling through Croatia for almost a month. I basically prepared meals on the table and I should mention that there are several grocery stores nearby.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but as it is in the corner of a large car park, we didn't hear any noise.  Toni was also available to address any of our concerns via Whats App and answered immediately! 


Great value very helpful staff

Toni was a great host. The apartments were amazing and perfect for our 3 night stopover in Split. 5mins walk from Old town and 7mins walk from the Riva. We rented 2 apartments and they had everything we need for our stay. Spacious rooms and living area, fully equipped kitchen and clean toilets (with great showers). We were nearly 2 hours late arriving but Toni was there waiting for us and he was also very helpful on checkout, letting us store our bags in one of the apartments. All in all I will definitely stay in these apartments if we are back in Split in the future.

Great stay close to Old town.

Great location (2 minutes walking distance from the city center), easy to reach and to park if you drive to Split. Clean and comfy. Ower gave us great recommendations about where to eat (from breakfast to dinner). Strongly recommended! 

I would choose it again

We stayed at Magnolia for only one night and it was fantastic! Location is very good , just 5 minutes from the Riva with a parking lot nearby which is hard to find in Split.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable! (we stayed at #1 and #2)
Maja the manager was very helpfull and kind.
Looking forward to come back and stay longer 😊😊😊

FANTASTIC!

Our stay at Magnolia was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and included everything we needed. The apartments were in a great location to restaurants and sights. Our host, Maji, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

This apartment is managed by a very, very friendly and helpful woman who speaks excellent English! We stayed for a couple nights and were very happy with the location (though it was a bit difficult to find at first) as it is just a 5-minute walk from the Riva and many attractions. Unit is inside of a residential building on the first floor and is a simple room and bathroom but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The manager was quite late in meeting us but she made our stay great and offered us a couple free tours as an apology. A/C works great and parking is available on site.

Friendly Manager, Comfortable Accommodations in Good Location

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Split. When we arrived Maja was very helpful with getting to the apartment (giving our driver directions) and explaining the area and things to see and do.

Do be aware that cash is the only form of payment accepted. We did pay using credit cards at the other places we stayed in Zagreb and Dubrovnik, so this appears to be an exception rather than normal practice in Croatia.

Comfortable apartment in Split

Stayed here for one night before a yacht charter.  We were really sorry that we were only there for such a short time.   The accommodation was really beautiful.  Spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed.  It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk and you are in the old town.  We have been to Croatia many times but have never visited Split. It is a wonderful ancient city with lots to see.   
The lady who runs the apartment was very helpful and kind, especially the day we were leaving when it was pouring with rain.  She allowed us to stay in the apartment a little longer so we wouldn't have to be out waiting for our taxi in the rain.  
I would definitely stay here again if we were lucky enough to find ourselves in Split again  I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.  It is exceptional.
