This property is located in an older building on a side street just steps away from the Riva...The location is perfect as you are just minutes from the main promenade and the old city walls...The port and airport shuttle are just a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Upon entering this older building I was a bit apprehensive as to how the rooms would be, but fortunately they didn't disappoint. The rooms are completely refurbished, modern and comfortable. The lighting was very different and interesting, the bathrooms were brand new and spacious. There was even a mini fridge which was great since there is a small supermarket just next door. The A/C and the WiFi worked wonderfully, a definite plus for those visiting during the warm summer months.

This property doesn't have a 24 hour front desk and initially was a bit hard for us to find. The hotel is located on a side street and there wasn't a big sign that said "Riva Rooms" it was just a door with a "blink and you missed it" sign. We had to call the owner who was very gracious and helped us find the place.

The room was for the most part very clean although I must say that the bathroom wasn't as clean as we would've liked it as we found some hair in the shower's drain before we even used it. Despite this minor detail, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to other travelers. The prices are reasonable for the location and type of room that you are getting.

Excellent, modern, updated rooms close to the Riva..great value!

We only stayed at the Riva rooms for one night and the apartment have all you need for a short stay.
The rooms are a great walking distance to the main promenade.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Our hosts were lovely and were able to store our luggage for us in the day of departure.
Scored 5 out of 5 as for the price we paid we could not have asked for anything more.

Good Location Apartments for very reasonable price

We stayed here for 1 night after our cruise, and it’s only minutes away from the harbour.   The room is within a traditional house with a spiral staircase leading up to the rooms.   The room is spacious, with high ceilings, a fridge, shower room with hairdryer and air conditioning.    There’s also a kitchen which you can use on the same landing.   It’s situated on a quite road, with a double glazed window, it also had shutters on the outside of the window and was spotlessly clean.   The homeowner also looked after our luggage until we were picked up for our flight.   I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic room

Tucked away just off the central busy area this is a great place to stay. Equipped with a communal kitchenette and balcony for your use.....we were able to make sandwiches for our day walking the Marjan peninsula.
The room was clean, modern, with fridge and AC. Any outside noise reduced by thick double glazing.
Stayed 2 nights with friend in twin room.
Highly recommend.

Perfect location, clean and friendly

Lovely room, and really friendly host who was very helpful. Bed super comfy, very clean and great aircon & shower. Only thing was no toiletries (apart from hand soap) were provided although it had said they would be.

Good - Would Go Back

Centrally located but quite. The landlord so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not included but you can have it just opposite the building in a few restaurants, there are more possibilities. Value for money best rate!
