Really liked this place! They were super accommodating when I had a late arrival and were very friendly and helpful during check in and check out. The location is amazing and close to everything in the Old Town including all the sights. Loved that it had a mini fridge and coffee/tea.

Great Place in Split

A lovely studio in a great location. 

Looks exactly like the photos. What more can I say. We were met by a friendly and welcoming host who was informative and helpful. The room is a spacious converted attic with plenty of windows, a patio door and a private balcony. Inside, there is an ensuite with a large shower, hand basin and toilet. Towels are provided. The room has a kitchenette, equipped with everything you’ll need, a small dining table, a sofa and beds. There is a TV but not many English channels. The apartment complex is secure and accessed via a lockable gate leading into a courtyard with outdoor seating. All windows have blackout blinds and the apartment had a very cold aircon unit. 

Location wise - it’s perfect. Literally minutes away from the bustling side streets. 10 mins to the sea front. There are plenty of super marks and food places within minutes of the apartment. It’s close enough to walk to everywhere but tucked away for it to be peaceful in the evenings with no noise.

Great location - great accommodation

The hotel was in a great location in Split. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the main area. The room was large, comfortable and clean. We went to Bosnia for a few days and the host let us leave our large case at the hotel. This saved us lots of effort and time. He couldn’t be more welcoming. We would defiantly stay here again.

Clean hotel in a great location

Everything was just great about this place! Location was great, host was friendly and helpful and enthusiastic about his city and the apartment was great! We had such a good time in Split and really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Split!

What a place to stay in Split!

This accommodation is located in the historic center of Split. Owner is super helpful, diligent, precise and friendly. Restaurants, bars, bakeries and stores are minutes away. Our room was small but excellently equipped, and comfortable with good wi-fi. Highly recommended.

Lovely welcome by the owner followed by some restaurant and bar suggestions and useful pinpoints on a map.
The apartments are in an excellent location,  only 5 minute walk to the beach. 
The room very clean and lovely decor.
As first timers to Split we're very happy with this hotel and would recommend!
Taxi pick up also offered from airport for 220kn.

Lovely Hotel!

Frane was so friendly and welcoming . The apartment was clean and very comfortable . It’s very spacious too . Located centrally and walkable distance to all tourist attraction . Highly recommended ! We will definitely come back if we are in split next time :)

Very nice apartment

Located in the historic centre of Split which is a great location for attractions, restaurants and bars. My wife and I received a great welcome from the owner who could not have been more friendly or helpfull throughout our stay.  

Our room was very well equipped, and comfortable with good wi-fi and an amazing shower. 

Only 2 things prevent a 5 star review. Frstly as the room was in the rooftop of the building with no side window it felt a little claustrophobic. Secondly it was not serviced during our 4 night sray so we had to clean and take out rubbish ourselves. 

These 2 points are however relatively minor and did not detract from a very enjoyable stsy.

FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION IN A GREAT LOCATION

We stayed here for four nights and I 100% recommend this place - very authentic and pretty.  Location is spot on, no need for taxis, everything is very close. Host was super nice and very helpful - he gave us several restaurant suggestions which were fantastic. 
The room was a standard double and was so cute, perfect size; air con worked, hot water, comfy beds. Also a quiet area at night so is good for families and couples.

Lovely little place in an excellent location

We stayed in the deluxe double room, on arrival our host had bottles of water in the fridge which was a nice touch after a long flight and informed us of the best restaurants, beaches and how to get from A to B, which without we would have been totally lost. The room was spotless, very clean and could not be faulted. Noise from the surrounding streets was never an issue especially since the apartment is very central and everywhere is reachable within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the restaurant Ciri Biri Bela which is situated right beside the apartments for a quick go-to option and you are spoilt for choice when it comes to supermarkets and other nearby restaurants. Thank you for making our first trip to Split one to remember we will definitely be back to stay!
