First class elegance with the feel that you are staying in your best friend's home.  Every detail of the design in this boutique hotel is perfection.  The furnishings are minimalist with a soul.  From Italian linens, oak floors, a gallery of exquisite art, and custom furniture, your comfort is guaranteed.  And location!  Arguably the best location in Split. Opt for the Penthouse and enjoy the rooftop with an amazing view of ... everything!  Or you can chill in the common area on the sofa and read one of the many  classic books left for your enjoyment.  You will not find this or Niksa's warm and inviting wit anywhere else!

We stay four nights in St Luke Heritage Hotel. Location is prefect in old Split, everything is near. Penthouse was perfect for two and view from balcony was very beautiful. Service was excellent and welcome warm. I all ways sleep with earplugs in hotels, this was first time without earplugs, it was so quite :)

In heart old Split, so quite.

Not sure I can add too much. Great little place to stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the location is ideal. Just about a 10 minute walk from the craziness of Old Town. 
We had a lovely little patio off our room to sit. 
We were only here one night and wish we'd had longer.

Great place to stay near old town

Our group was sailing the islands and needed a place to stay the night before. We stayed here and what a nice surprise. It was well situated in the old town near restaurants and shopping.
The owner is very friendly and provides a light breakfast.
The top floor has a nice little balcony where you can sit with friends and enjoy the evening.
There is no lift so you do have to take your bag sup narrow, winding steps. Also he does not take any credit cards so cash only. He did take Euros however i think he would have preferred Kunas.
If you need a ncie place fro a short stay, this is it!

Great little hidden hotel

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, rustic and quiet penthouse apartment for four nights in July of 2018. The apartment was meticulously clean and well-stocked with glasses, silverware and just about everything one could ever need. Honestly, I could live in this apartment. The mattress was one of the best I've ever slept on and the views from the balcony are stunning. Niksa, the owner, is a very cool guy and knowledgeable of the area. Selfishly, I hope that not too many people discover this gem because I want it to always be available for me.

Fabulous

Our group of four couples stayed for one night at the St. Luke Residence before boarding a boat for our Croatian sailing trip.  I had booked it based on other Trip Advisor ratings, and it did not disappoint.  There are only four regular rooms, so our group essentially had the hotel to ourselves.  The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home.  The rooms are small, but clean and very nice.  The Wi-Fi service is excellent.  After check-out, the owner provides a key to the common breakfast room where luggage can be stored while you explore the local area, and he even provides a key to an adjacent restroom as a courtesy.  The common balcony on the third floor was a lovely place to sit and enjoy wine in the evening after dinner.  There are numerous very nice restaurants nearby, and it is within easy walking distance of Diocletian's Palace, shopping, etc.  The hotel is hard to find and not well-marked, but we were able to reach the owner by telephone and he promptly arrived to greet us.  Also, be prepared to cart your luggage up the hill on cobblestone streets to reach it (and there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry it upstairs at the hotel also).  With these caveats, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This little guest house is down a small dark alley in the old part of Split, access is difficult as one needs to drag suitcases up a steep narrow lane which is inaccessible by car. Once there, the rooms are  nice and the beds are comfortable. There are no drawers or shelves so one has to leave clothes in a suitcase apart from hanging up a few items. There is an attractive terrace on which to sit in the sun, eat and drink. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in an excellent location close to the Diocletian Palace and is an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay.



Clean and very comfortable small guest house

Stayed here for three nights. Close to town and the harbour but located down a laneway which is hard to find at night. Taxis won't drive there from the harbour. Pleasant welcome from Anna who waited up for us to arrive. 

Room was pleasant enough but not  serviced during our stay. Aircon packed up but fixed the next day. No access to the common room during our stay. More like an Airbnb than a hotel.  Breakfast was at a local restaurant using a voucher.
