I rented an appartment in july 2019. Everything worked fine but it wasn't like it was described on booking.com. You have to call the owner to get into your appartment but he doesn't alaways gets his phone. But he sounds friendly and is understandful. The appartment was mostly clean but I had to wash the dishes myself before I would dare to use them. All in all I had a quite good stay with guesthouse Zaninović.

Some of the reviews are true. In May 2016, through booking.kom reserved these apartments. No one vestigated upon arrival at the apartment. The hosts were not there. After that I returned to the apartment and there was also no one. I took the others across the road. The next day I was charged for one night's stay. Through booking.com I corresponded with the owner who threatened and said that I was lying. All correspondence with him is on e-mail.

Bait and switch! Stay away from here.
They gave us a smaller apartment. We reserve over 90m2 and he gave us 40m2. The floors were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves since we had a baby still crawling.

Two worlds are enough; "DEFECATE HOLE"
This was worst apartment ever. Untidy, humidity on the wall, vaginal hairs in toilet, bad installations, doors.
It was very cold.
The owners are very gready.
Avoid this place.

terrible place and terrible host ..worst experience ever ..dirty apartments ,very rude host...not recommended !!!all photos on booking are different ,parking is very hard to find and its relay far from town ...

Very dirty, humidity on the wall, air condition does not work even it's winter,not quite neighborhood, owner impolite and changed apartment without our permission although we paid the full price,there is no soap in bathroom,got only one blanket on 10 degrees
