A well appointed apartment. Modern, quality finish throughout. The pool area is lovely with very comfortable loungers and seating. The host, Toni , is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the port. As the apartment is at the back of the town up a steep hill we much appreciated the lift. The walk down to the front or to the beach only takes 10 mins, coming up takes a little longer but we enjoyed the exercise

Comfortable modern apartment with lovely pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our teenage kids. A beautifully presented modern apartment with everything you would hope for inside with nice beds, good showers and well equipped kitchen plus nice TV with Netflix. But more importantly, a fantastic verandah to laze on and a wonderful pool setting with only four apartments  sharing it. There are bikes and a 50cc scooter to borrow to get around and if you coordinate, the owner will even pick you up and drop you off at the ferry. This is helpful as you are at the top of some very steep hills but to get the same near the front would cost a lot more. Plus you get a great view from above. Note: a well equipped supermarket with fresh bread is less than a two minute walk away.

Great Value quality apartment for family  stay

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The host, Toni, was excellent. He responded quickly to my emails and answered all my questions. He met us at the ferry port and drove us to the apartment. He even took us back there when we were leaving (even though it was 6am!). He was friendly, approachable and gave us lots of tips regarding restaurants etc.
The apartment for 4 was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we could have wanted and more. There was a lovely balcony which was great for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The wifi was good throughout. The pool and area around it was lovely and we used this every day. There were bikes and a scooter we could have used if we'd wanted.
The location was excellent. There was a well stocked supermarket just a one minute walk away which was open 7am-10pm - great for fresh croissants or bread for breakfast. The walk into Bol and its shops/restaurants was about 10 minutes downhill. It took slightly longer uphill but this was ideal for walking off the evening meal! Zlatni Rat beach is about 2k away but easily walkable along the promenade and we did this pleasant walk most days. There are nice beaches that are closer also.
Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend the destination of Bol and Apartment Lolita. We hope we can visit again one day.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

it is our last night here -we have stayed 8 nights our children are 18 and 15. We flew  to split and had a couple of nights there which was great a bit of beach and a bit of history - ferry from split to Bol was less than £6 each and took an hour - Tony's son picked us up - lovely and unexpected - we have loved our stay here the apartment  is beautiful - spacious with amazing  sea views from the terrace and pool. i have not slept so well for ages - the apartment  is the nicest  we have stayed in. Lots of thought has gone into the furnishings and the furniture and design.  Yes it is  a walk to the beach  - about 10 mins to town beach and 20 mins to the zlatni rat and the beaches near the monastry but there are restaurants  very close  a great supermarket minutes away and the apartments  have a shared pool that is not huge but is cool and deep and spotlessly  clean. Bol is a gem  the zlatni rat beach is busy  but the scenery is stunning and the water is crystal clear and there are lots of places to drop down to perfect sea bathing  all along the  shady chilled promenade that leads from town to zlatni rat. I will be sad to leave this place  Tony and family  have been helpful friendly  and unobtrusive  - i could  not recommend this place enough - we are packing and i am sad - we will  be back 🌞

beautiful  apartment

The home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Rented both of the two bedroom apartments and it was the ideal amount of space for our family of four and our friends family of five. Kitchen had everything you need for a weeks stay and the grocery store is so close. We went every morning for fresh croissants and bread. Toni could not have been a better host. Communication was great. We were a little wary of the required wire transfer but it was totally fine. Other reviews mention the hill, you are definitely at the top of the hill but it makes for lovely views and really is just a quick walk to the center of town or the beach. Property also has lovely fig, olive and pomegranate trees. We made a lovely dessert with the figs that were ripe. There were bikes on the property but we never made use of them because of the heat but they were still a great touch.

Perfect Stay in Bol

Fabulous 2 floor apartment with stunning views from master bedroom and balcony. Very modern and is exactly like the photos provided. Tony is very welcoming and his wife made us delicious pancakes on arrival. Our kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the relaxing sunloungers. Supermarket on the doorstep and as others said there is a walk into Bol of about 10 mins but this is pleasant and for 50kuna(£6) you can get a taxi back from either the promenade or the Beach. Water taxi for 20kuna each from promenade to beach also a nice experience. Bol is a gem location to either explore other islands from or if you just want a beautiful relaxing holiday then this is the spot for you. Usual water sports available at beach. Prices in general are reasonable and there is an extensive choice of delicious restaurants on promenade. 

Excellent accommodation 

Small block of 4 apartments with pool out of Bol. Accommodation was spotlessly clean with all necessities. Pool area very nice and also spotless. Toni the host was always on hand to answer questions, give recommendations or provide local produce (tomatoes) from his garden. Toni's wife also made pancakes for breakfast one morning ! Bicycles provided to get too and from town/beaches. Hill walk back from town quite a challenge but helps you burn off all the calories consumed at dinner in the many wonderful eateries of Bol ! Very welcoming host !

Very good quality accommodation. Located a little to himself at the top of the village overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The host and his family were very nice and helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Zlatni Rat beach (about 2 kilometers) and 5-10 down to Bol's center. There is a good supermarket just 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. The pool area in the courtyard is amazing fine and has evening sun.
