Ap3 is a disaster. Very small, spiders in room, the bathroom is old, whith a bad smell as you enter. In bathroom the tiles and floor tiles are painted, the paint on the floor is chipped, the bathroom door is touching and making noise, the entrance door is very hard to move and makes noise. after 3 days I asked to change the towels, I received but very late and after I insisted several times. you have nowhere to take the trash from the room except a few hundred meters away, there are no methods of recycling the packaging. the only window is in front of the entrance to room 4, you don't have your own terrace, you don't have anywhere to dry beach towels.

Only this room avoid as much as you can

I was staying with my baby for 1 night on the way to Dubrovnik. I liked it very much. It's a comfortable location, 10 minutes by car to Dubrovnik. In the room is a very comfortable big bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything is very clean and neat. There is a small kitchen with dishes, a teacup, a large terrace.

Cozy and very clean apartments near Dubrovnik

Booked through booking.com, stated it had a kitchen. No kitchen on arrival. Very aggressive owner, took payment a day early not on arrival as agreed. Refused any kind of refund. Felt threatened and unsafe here....please please please think twice before booking here. It’s cheap for a reason. If this stops just one person booking then it’s worth writing. 

Totally ruined our holiday....DO NOT BOOK

Recently stayed in Apartments Muller, Room 3. Fantastic view of the quiet harbor of Mlini. Room was decorated very nice. Television and air conditioning in the room. Bathroom was big with nice shower. Fridge in the hall. Pool area very clean and often empty, so very nice to relax around. There are approximately 200 steps down to the beach area. No kettle in our room, mentioned this to owner and two days later kettle, cups, plates and cutlery arrived. Very friendly family and would recommend this accommodation.

Very nice stay in a quiet apartment.

We have just come back from our stay in Mlini at these apartments. We found the apartments great value for money and the people pleasant and welcoming. Aria was always helpful and polite. We stayed in the studio room 3 and even though it was small it was fine for us. We used the kitchen facilities for breakfast and the bed was comfy. Always hot water and the air con was great at night as it was so hot. Everything you need is a short walk away. The beach we found easier walking down the steps and back up the road way (there are lots of steps) and restaurants on the front and flamingos is just a stones throw away (great pizzas from there) the pool area is lovely and most of the time it was just me and my hubby round it so felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time! Dubrovnik old town is 10 mins on the bus and the stop is just up the road from here. It's very close to everything in Mlini. I would deffo go back if had the opportunity again. Such a great holiday in a lovely Place. 

Lovely apartments 

Very nice apartment (studio), detached from the home of the owners (happily!), nice pool, everything is well maintained and clean except: very noisy street so bypassing, by the road unsecured (no sidewalks or very sidewalks), owners who only speak German or Croatian (great parents, otherwise the little son is adorable and English but rarely on the spot), they didn't even know that the rent money had been withdrawn a month ago, forced to explain how bad, but the negative point is the morning. We felt disturbed, we asked what was the danger of going back to a large swimming pool without having to spend more than an hour on vacation, the girl said she didn't want to, because she thought it was the worst reason, she didn't want to go to the big pool, she told me that we were not going to be able to use it for more than 2 hours!

Mixed opinions

An amazing ten days, we will definitely be back. Only 10 mins into Old Town Dubrovnik by bus, yet in a peaceful setting. The bars/restaurants/beach of Mlini itself are a short walk away. Would recommend an evening in the "Pirate's Social Club "Gusar" for some cocktails by the sea. Hosts are very friendly. Loved it!!

10 days in Aug 2016

We spent 6 nights here and can't wait to return! Apartment was beautiful. Great kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful view from the balcony and very comfortable bed! Perfect location as well. 15 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the supermarket. Local bus stop nearby. For access to Dubrovnik you can take the local bus or taxi or water taxi. 

Highly recommend 

Modern and functionally furnished room. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Only 3 bedrooms, we had the sea view room with a beautiful view. Also often the pool was empty and at our disposal. Very friendly and available family management. Fast Wi-Fi and private parking. Recommended!
