We took a short trip to Sukošan, to visit a good friend, to make a first yearly swim in a see and to make a trip on a Velebit. We managed successfully to accomplish two out of three :)
Anyway, due to fact, that now we are family with a kid, we decided to take an apartment rather than stay at friend`s caravan in a tent.
We booked Vila Kayo due to its location (at a beach) and price. Later we found out, that it is even cheaper to book at their website than over booking.com. Anyway, after some phone calls from a manager we announced the arrival at 8 p.m. and we also specially declared, that we have 18 month old baby - we were hoping that the apartment will be already heated and that the hot water will be available, but we were wrong, like always. Luckily the apartment is equipped with an AC that also can be a heater so short after arrival the bedroom, which is also a living room was warm enough to sleep normally. Next morning arrived managers with a handyman that repaired the central heating and also a boiler. Shortly after this also the hot water and warm bathroom were available. We also received the bottle of ten years old vine as an apology for inconvenience and a 10% discount :)
The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, that has a lack of storage abilities, otherwise well equipped. The bathroom is huge, equipped with a ladder radiator, it has a see view :) which is good but the problem is, that a window is turned on the garden that is common to all guests. The bedroom has double bed, there is also a dinner table in the same room. The window is turned on the garden and has a see view.
The wifi is free and available. The store that has all main supplies is 10 minutes walk away. There is also a nice bar nearby. 
In front of the Vila Kayo is also a huge parking space. The guests can also borrow sit-on-top kayak forr two, a sea-kayak and bikes. The barbecue is also freely available.

My recommendation is, do not forget swimsuit and running shoes.
