This is such horrible place.. every word is in vain.. my advice is to avoid this place.. except that everything is dirty, when the tube in the apartment when we filled it, dirt started coming out of it……………………………………………………………………………………………..

Me and my girlfriend stayed for 3 nights, and the problems were obvious the moment you enter.

The lamp in our living room did not work, there was no were tu plug in the night lamp by the bed.

But the Jacuzzi! Ooohhhh.... So, when you turn it on, water floods the entire place!

When we called them to explain the situation, they answered that they did not know what to say, so we demanded a new room.

The new room was a whole different set of problems. It was way to cold, the sink and the tub leaked water, the sofa was broken at parts, as were the chairs and so on...
Also, bravo to the couple making love, cos thanks to the paper thin wals we could hear it all while we were cleaning the flood in our room.

They say they have a sauna, they don't. Cos it does not work.

Breakfast is bare bones.

All in all, it's really no where near good. It also seems they are buying reviews on booking.com.

A plain bad apartment 

Not terrible but there are a few thing that bring down the overall experience: 
- no heating at night, we were literally freezing at night
- terrible breakfast, 
- blankets torn apart, 
- furniture is old, sofa was broken

Because of time shortage we have checked only few comments in Booking but after returning we are sure that comments in Croatian language in Booking are fake. Consequently is fake also Booking evaluation 9,1 on the door in front of reception. It was November and in the apartment was cold because the thermostat for radiators wasn't working. We had turned on also air-conditioner but couldn't raise the temperature whole day. Consequently we had to sleep in clothes. There were everywhere in apartment also moths or butterflies. Despite we had come for weekend we had decided to go home after eventing swimming. We had asked the owner is it possible to empty the apartment on the evening but his answer was to empty till 11 o'clock or we had to pay tourist tax also for second day. Although it was 20 HRK we had chosen first possibility.

Comments in Croatian in Booking are fake !!!

The apartment was dirty, shower head was covered in mold, jets on the tub were leaving dirt after using.
Also, it was the first weekend in September and it was cold, the thermostat was not working, it's wasn't possible to raise the temperature with air-conditioner even if it's working all day. Also, there are tiles on the floors everywhere and there is no carpet, even in the bathroom, there is only one small face towel by the tub.  So on our spa relaxing weekend, we managed to catch a cold. 
Communication is only via phone and in one point the host stopped to answer it. 
Breakfast is very sad, the only good thing is the polite waitress (I guess). 
The bikes for rent were broken, one had broken pedals but it was kind of usable, but the other had a flat tire.
The best part is when we complained the host said that we should call him for everything that wasn't good which is ridiculous because we came to relax for a weekend, not to inspect the " **** apartment ". 
The location is great and there are lots of great apartments around so I would recommend looking into other accommodations because the spa that this one has (others don't) is not really good.

Wrong choice

Apartment in which we stayed was dirty and smelly. They are advertising apartmens like "luxury", but in reality they are everything but luxury. Hot thub and sauna are terrible, hot thub didn't work, the staff is very unfriendly and didn't want to help, we couldn't sleep whole night because of the noise in pipes inside the walls. It was winter and we couldn't regulate the termostat, the sheets were not clean and the bed is terrible for the back. They bring breakfast from the room across the apartments which obviously is not the kitchen and it looks like a shack, the food was not good, every day the same and not enaugh for everybody in the dining room. If you want to throw your money away please visit!

Nightmare holiday !!!

The apartments are big and clean, but the noise is unbearable. The walls are so thin you can literally hear the toilet flushing in the apartment above. For the guests who are searching for relax this is a no-no option. Every night there is another group of people partying and it's loud and no possibility of a decent sleep. There are also no house rules and no official reception you can call and report the noise, only the cell phone number given to guests which you can call if you have some questions or issues, but of course no one answers that phone at 3am when the real problem occurs. 
Breakfast is served in a tiny restaurant with cca 8 tables (this is far from enough for all the guests) and only from 8 to 9am. So if you want to sleep a little longer because you are on a vacation, or because you didn't sleep the entire night because of the noise, you will certainly miss the breakfast.
The apartment guests are allowed to use the hotel pool, but there is no solid way or a sidewalk from the apartments to the hotel, so one part of the way you have to walk on mud.
Definitely the worst vacation experience ever, and not worth the single penny. So, if you are looking for a nice, calm and chill vacation - avoid.

Avoid :(

Me and my friends loved this apartment- it was super clean, nicely decorated, close to sv Martin wellness, staff was polite... Area is very calm, so it's a great choice if you are looking for relaxation and hanging out with your friends and family. We will come back again next year!

Spa weekend

Apartment was dirty,worn furniture outside and inside. Bad maintenance.Rotten doorseals,spots on the wall by the bed in the sleeping room,greasy dirt by the stove,vet spots on the walls and mildew odor in the whole apartment!Pictures say more than words.... Not worth the money!!!

Dirty and poor standard

The apartment has no closets or hangers to store your clothes, we had to keep clothes in our suitcases, the sauna and Jacuzzi did not work, the breakfast was very bad, there is not enough place for all the guests so you have to wait to eat, there is also not enough food and utensils for everybody, we had to wait 10 minutes to get bread or anything to eat and another 10 to get forks and knifes. There is nobody at the reception if you need help with something. Very bad experience and I would not recomend Apartment Lapaž
