We stayed here for three nights and we were positively surprised. Rooms are really large and nicely furnished, very clean. Breakfast is fine, there may be some more variety. The beach is right next to the hotel, and the hotel also has a small swimming pool. They could have some kind of sensor light outside, it's hard to find the way to the room after dark.

We stayed here for 4 nights, Looking for a quiet location close to the beach. We got everything we wished for. After arriving we were very friendly greeted with a handshake by the host Mario. He made us feel welcome instantly! Showed us our room, very spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we could wish for, even the spa/whirlpool bathroom was very spacious and beyond our expectation. Breakfast was good and plenty to start off your day with. We had dinner at their restaurant every evening, watching the beautiful sunset from their terrace which is only about 15 meters from the beautiful little beach. We did not feel the need to have our dinner anywhere else, good quality food and again plenty of choice. All and all it felt like a second home, especially with the service from Mario, that is exactly what great service should look like. Would recommend this place to everyone who values great service and quiet surrounding!!!

Superb hotel in every way!!! 

We were on a tour from Manchester in the UK to Biograd in Croatia on Vespa scooters. We had stopped at the bigger campsite next door but didn't like the look of it and spoke to the owner Mario about camping here. The camping area was excellent, close to the beach, great shower and toilet block but the best bonus was being able to use the restaurant and bar. Breakfast was fab, Mario was happy to provide things that were not on the menu, and dinner was again really good quality and value. The owner Mario couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and was a real ambassador for Croatia. Definitely a place to revisit with my Wife.

Campsite and restaurant review

The hotel is very small and does not look very attractive. But the rooms were absolutely stunning, furniture seemed to be brand new - although I understood it wasn’t - and the bathroom with a nice big jacuzzi was something we could not expect. We (3 couples) were apparently the only guests in the hotel and the owner welcomed all of us with a hand shake. The restaurant was basically closed, but the owner made immediately clear that all meals can be organized, and he kept his words. Breakfast by order was also included in the price. The low season price was incredibly cheap. I can warmly recommend this to anyone, unless you are searching for some nightlife…

Unbelievable hotel

Vila Punta is really beautiful. Everything was perfect. Staff were very kind, rooms were absolutely luxury and food was delicious. Beautiful and clean beach is next to the vila. We were really satisfied. Only 10 kilometres from the vila is amazing national park Paklenica, where movie Vinnetou was filmed. Sibuljina si very nice and quiet place.
