I don't really understand all these negative reviews as I just spent the loveliest night in these rooms. We arrived here on our way home from Dubrovnik wanting to spend an overnight in Trogir to discover the beautiful old town. This is the right place to stay if you want to do so! The rooms are located right in the old town close to the center and to a parking lot where you can leave your car if you arrive by it. Some nice restaurants, the market and the harbour are really close as well. The rooms are little but clean and well-equipped, everything is brand new, there is wifi, satellite TV and a fridge in every room - and even a kettle and instant coffee and tea if you want to drink a morning drink (what you should absolutely do sitting by the table placed on the little street in front of the rooms, it is the best start of a day!). We rented each of the two rooms, my favourite was number 2 which had a staircase in it: the bathroom was downstairs, the room itself upstairs but the other one is cosy as well. The few cons were the night club close to the accomodation as we could hear the music played there and the fact that the beach is relatively far from it.

Lovely place with a unique atmosphere

Pros: The location couldn't be better. You're right in the old town. Because the entrance is hidden in the corner of a small street, it felt very private. The bathroom was spacious and everything felt brand new. The TV was small, but the satellite worked well, and it had A/C.

Cons: It was hard to find. Most people know where the street is, but the wrong number is on the door, so if you don't have a phone to contact the owner (like me), you might wander around more than necessary. There is a club nearby and you can hear the music in your room, but it didn't last till very late.

Did the job!

My girlfriend and me traveled throughout Croatia for over three weeks in the summer of 2013. 
While staying in Trogir we booked one night in rooms Fani and it did not fall short of one of the worst nights I had traveling (and we were students then).

What was advertised and charged for as a nice quiet room with a terrace and view over the old town turned out to be a parterre with two windows (more on that later) in the back streets of Trogir and none of the advertised extras such as satellite TV were available either.
As we tried to explain to the landlord on the phone (as she did not appear in person but decided to simply sent a young girl over to collect the money) that there must have been a mix up with our reservation she assured as in a very agressive tone that we 'got what we booked' and after talking to her for over 20mins she said the best deal she was willing to give us was to let us walk away without charging us for the night (while still keeping the deposit) and we could try and find something else for the night, she wouldn't care. 

Angrily we tried to look for an alternative but we were unable to find something else (as it was main season) so we decided to stay which turned out to be the worst decision we could have made. 

Not only could people look into our bathroom and shower from the streets (since it was a parterre), no, the other of the two windows which is in the bedroom held the real surprise: basically it was blocked by a metal cover which only left a small crack at the top for the light to get into the room. Yet one could very clearly here that behind the window must have been some sort of generator or air conditioning as there was a loud machine sound which could not be muffled by closing the windows. 

Yet what really ruined the night was what we found in the evening when we came back from an other wise nice and pleasant day at the beach and through the small old town of Trogir:
The blocked window apparently concealed the view of the back door of the neighboring house which is a night bar that seemed to specialise in particularly deep and penetrating beats (not that it really mattered with the thin walls) and electronic music and displayed its art throughout the night. Hence we basically had to sleep next to a disco and only managed to do so in the early hours of the morning. 

Eventually on the next morning we also found the cause of the bad smell as we moved the beds. Half of the walls are covered by mold, a problem the landlord visually solved by pushing the bed in front of it. Sadly the tourist office was also unwilling to help even after showing them actual pictures of the accommodation and the advertised qualities of the apartment on the booking confirmation although they confirmed that we weren't the first to complain recetnly. 

This was a real shame because Trogir itself is a nice town but it completely ruined our stay. 

TLDR: nothing they advertise for actually exists, overcharged, bad smell and mold and right next to a night club so you won't be able to close an eye until they close.
