We arrived in Vela Luka at sundown and found the Luxory D Rooms right on the main harbor boulevard.  Our hosts welcomed us into a clean balcony room overlooking the water.  We opened a bottle of wine and sat on the balcony watching the sunset, and enjoyed the vibe of this clean and modern apartment so much we extended our stay for a second night.  The rate was about fifty-three euro and did not include breakfast (which could be found at Baltoni).

Great apartment room in Vela Luka

We enjoyed our stay in our new room. Good matress and pillows. Good working air condition. Big fridge which we had to share with a second room but this was no problem. The location is good and even though you have no free parking spaces in front of the house they are just 3 minutes per foot away.

Great room.

We staying in korcula for a couple of nights during our holiday to Croatia. One of the owners meet us with the keys as soon as we got off the ferry, the ferry is only a 5 min walk away from the apartments. The apartment was huge and had two large bedrooms with a nice balcony. The shower was good and everything was spotless. Their were some good restaurants about 5 mins down the road overlooking the sea which were reasonably priced! The hotel was pretty cheap compared to some others we stayed in during our holiday but was defiantly great value for money!

Really big apartment

Tastefully decorated, with a view of the harbour, close to local amenities and with a few small tweaks this could be a 5!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, a good sized bathroom & bedroom with a shared fridge you can use in the hall. 

The room we booked had a second part with a sofa bed but we didn't use that area at all as it had no purpose - no tv, no kettle or table and the wardrobe is hard to get into due to how the door opens. Being relatively new I think the owner just needs to make a few minor changes to make it perfect e.g. rubbish bin in the main room, more towels, ditch the old fashioned flower photos which totally don't fit with the lovely new decor, an information book for the apartment and area. Would still recommend though.

From the small balcony you have a great view of the harbour. 

The apartment is in a good location and nicely done. 
Having a kettle/water boiler would be a great addition, especially for a longer stay.
