New building with new rooms. Great internet. Nice pool. Air conditioner did not work. Had to find a place to stay at 7:30pm. Adjacent room with family member air-conditioning cooled very slow. Was asked by the manager "what temperature are you wanting". Manager was apologetic but never offered to try and fix it by next day with a reduced price, nothing. This situation kind if ruined a family trip. Separated my family by having to stay at different properties and having to eat breakfast separately.

Nice rooms but air-conditioning did not work.

The rooms are discreetly spacious and the quality of sleep is good. The breakfast is varied and is served in an elegant veranda. The pool area is also nice. We had dinner one evening out of two at the restaurant: tasty meat dishes, prices in the average (two plates of pasta, a second, half a liter of wine from the house and water = 56 euros). The complex has numerous car seats and is just 2 km from the center of Fazana.

Pleasant relaxation

Nice hotel between Rovinj and Pula, well located to travel to the beaches of southern Istria. The rooms have different sizes and the same price. Undoubtedly, the best are the ones located on the ground floor of the hotel, as they are the largest and have a terrace, common to the rest of the adjacent rooms. In fact, in my opinion, the rooms on the upper floor should be cheaper as they are smaller. The property where the hotel is located is quite large and even the owner has a house in it. The owner looks a bit dry to the treatment, although it is quite convenient. The pool is great for the hot days of Istria. The breakfast has service. What I disliked is that it does not allow card payment for the stay, it is necessary to pay in cash.

It's in the green, with a swimming pool and a restaurant attached, it's all perfect, it's not new, but it's a new building, so it's very comfortable, breakfast is included, it's not very rich, but it's got everything that's needed, a beautiful garden, a very kind and available owner.

It's a beautiful location.

This B&B is an excellent base for visiting the surroundings (Pola a 5 minutes, Rovigno mezzora) as much as to spend a day crogling in the nearby beaches (sassi) of Fazana. As a single fact I would recommend to include in the breakfast a greater number of sweet products (e.g. cakes); on average the taste of Italians prefers these products to the typical salty breakfast of other countries.

++ Quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful large renovated villa and divided into spacious rooms on two floors. Some look at the very beautiful olive tree-lined garden bordering the street where very few cars pass, the others towards the back garden where an annex to the villa houses the restaurant of the same name. Despite the very busy restaurant, we didn't have to suffer from too much noise. Semi-private parking. -- Guests of the restaurant saw the room over the pool... Our door would open through a window but didn't have a window properly.

A Tasmanian perfume in Croatia

Conveniently located between Pula and Fazana, Rooms alla Beccaccia has all you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms with air conditioning, well maintained grounds/facilities, a decent sized pool with plenty of space for sun lounging and friendly staff. Another bonus is that breakfast is included in your stay (8am-10am) The on site restaurant is probably the best in the area and a reservation is a must. Would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

Good family run accomodation

We were staying in a beautiful apartment with all the comforts, furnished in the furnishings, in a beautiful position in front of the pool, it's hard to think of anything better.

It's excellent.

In addition to the excellent restaurant, good and cheap (we recommend the golden grilled and the grilled squid, but also to reserve, given the affluence, the cuisine being very popular in the area), we stayed not in a room  more room  but in a house with a formula  apartment  and therefore a superlative at the foot of the beautiful pool, in the quiet, a large table and the possibility of a barbecue in front of the villa, and in this, on two levels, with an efficient air conditioning in each room, all the modern equipment  but no international TV channels... very clean, with a very good firm bed, and decoration, and a welcome at the same time and professional.

A very pleasant set

We have spent 3 nights in love, we will come back as a family, several family rooms available, a total of 12 rooms, 2 apartments also for 4 persons to rent. We had discovered it by Hotel.com. The setting is really resting away from the hustle and bustle of Pula, lots of greenery, care given to the plantations, extremely clean room with air conditioning, very functional, varied breakfast (fresh fruit, homemade bread, different pastry every day), friendly pool with long chairs, large free parking (to note that this becomes). good advice is also provided to the staff especially Anna who speaks English. also on site, family-made kitchen with gastronomic level, white dishes, possibility of home terrace or nearby restaurant.
