Great holidays at Villa Matea! Everything was just great. The apartment was perfect situated right next to the beach. The view was awesome. 
Every day we got new towels and the garbage was taken away. The kitchen is stuffed with all things you need.
Try it, you'll love it!

Wonderful holidays in a perfect location at Malinska

We stayed for the weekend and had a great stay. The villa is very clean, modern and has an amazing view. The beach is in front of the villa and paddle boards and beach lying chairs are provided by the villa.

Amazing stay

The kitchen had everything needed to cook. There was even a fridge. The washing machine is not to be despised during the holidays, even if you cook yourself often. The bedrooms are large and the beds are good. Towels were changed daily and the bedding once a week. Perfectly, the beds are in your own garden, almost directly on the beach. There is also an outdoor shower. Unfortunately, there is a bathroom in the garden, so you have to move into the apartment every time you want to change the very wet bathroom. In the neighbourhood, there is a dog who spent a day in the bathroom in the garden. Every night, she ate at the clock, almost right by the beach. I have not been able to turn around the clock since the last few days, and I have been unable to turn around the clock.

A relaxing vacation

We stayed at this premises twice, July 2015 and August 2016, and I would definitely come back. 
First of all, there are only 6 apartments in this newly build house. The apartments are modern, spacious, bright and extremely functional. Putting together the quietness of the apartments and the comfort of the beds, we had a great sleep. 
Secondly, you can't beat the location. Just a small green lawn and a gate separates you from the perfect beach with clean water and possibility to swim pretty far in every direction. Sunbeds and a shower are at your disposal on the premises.
Thirdly, we had every facility we were looking for - free parking, wifi, air-conditioning in every room, two separate bathrooms, three large TVs in every room. 
To top it all, everyday cleaning is included in the price, as well as they change the towels upon request. That means you don't have to bother about anything.
Although these are self-catering apartments, the nearest restaurant is 10 meters along the beach and near Malinska there are two large supermarkets. 
All in all, the best apartments I have ever stayed in.

Would definitely come back!

I was a little worried about the accommodations since I am a picky NY'er and figured an ex Eastern bloc country might not live up to my expectations. I could not have been more wrong-the accommodations were superb, pleasantly relaxing and view cannot be beat. If Chinese food and Pizza came in 15 minutes I could have all the comforts of NY with a great beach view.
