We stayed at the Guesthouse Tiban the night before flying back to the US. The room was great - very spacious, the bed very comfortable for sleeping - and the bathroom extremely well equipped.  There is access to a lounge area with a fridge, They were extremely helpful, guiding us to the airport car rental return and having a shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight. A terrific restaurant, Barba Niko, is in easy walking distance.  We recommend Guesthouse Tiban very highly!

A great one night stay

This hotel is as advertised--within walking distance of Zagreb Pleso Airport.  The rooms are small but new, clean and functional.  The neighborhood is quiet, and the owner is very friendly.  She offers coffee or tea with candy and pistachio nuts in the separate coffee lounge.  It was a hot day when I stayed, so she served ice cream as well.

Highly recommend if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning departure.

Small, Clean Rooms--Walking Distance to Airport

The room was clean but very small and definitely overpriced......we paid the same rate for a hotel in Zagreb which also included a full breakfast. Check in is not until 4:30pm and check out is 9:30 am. The owner demands cash in advance and checks your  room for any damage before you leave.

Not impressed

We were in room number 3.
This was a delightful place to stay. We had a warm welcome.
Very clean, nice room and modern bathroom.
Comfortable beds and pillows and linen of a very good quality.
Each room has a flat screened TV. Airconditioned. Hairdryer.
No Wifi in the room. It is available in the tea/coffee room alongside the guesthouse.
Limited Free parking, but suggest when you book, you make arrangements for parking as well.
Free tea and coffee throughout the day (not in the room). 
A special room just alongside the Guesthouse (in the grounds of the Guesthouse)
allocated for tea, coffee, Wifi. A table and chairs available in the room for you to sit and eat your own takeaways. No breakfast or meals are provided.
We were directed to a restaurant around the corner of the Guesthouse, where we had a very nice meal at a reasonable price. There is also a little supermarket around the corner from the Guesthouse.
All tourist activities in the City of Zagreb.

We were within walking distance from the airport. The guesthouse was quiet.
We had an overnight stay and then walked back to the airport the next day to collect our hire car.

A really nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Within walking distance from Zagreb Airport : Quiet!

the guesthouse is a 400 meter walk from the airport.  The room was spotless with excellent bathroom facilities, satellite TV, and a common lounge area with free coffee, tea, beer, and juice.  Excellent Wi-Fi, too.  Great value!
