The apartment is exceptional, it's wonderfully decorated and it's perfectly clean and tidy.
The owners are wonderful hosts: the communication was excellent even from the booking, thanfully to Goran who was always there if we had any questions. Upon our arrival Mila took care of our stay with her delicious home-made dishes. She even helped with our son's meals, as we were travelling with our baby boy. 
The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, beaches. We travelled in March, so the town was not crowded and we could enjoy it's true charm.
We definitly recommend to travel to Vodice even pre/or after peak season. 
And if you're in doubt to choose apartment, don't hesitate, Refresh Apartment will be perfect choice!!

Exceptional apartment!

Stayed in apartment Tesla which had everything we needed and more. We received unbelievable "treatment" from Mila and Zoran, everything highly appreciated! The location of Refresh Boutique Apartments is ideal; everything is close, and the surrounding is peaceful. Certainly, the best experience ever!!!

Feel like home

It was the second time we stayed in the Refresh Boutique Appartments  because it is a place lovingly managed and  kept. TheTesla appartment is smartly furnished and comfortable in every way. Spacious, fully equiped and super clean. We loved to sit on the terrace when the sun was going down, watching the scenery from the cosy rocking chair. You can park your car on the back of the building. The location could not be better; just a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, the same to reach the center with restaurants and shops. But also quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep. The harbour is just around the corner, useful if you want to make a trip to one of the splendid islands like Prvic and Zlarin. The information from Zoran to make trips in the region is accurate and up-to-date. The generous breakfast is home-made and served on your terrace by Mila. If you have questions of any kind before your stay (for instance covid regulations) Goran is there to assist you. The hosts are in general very kind and helpful. Your well-being is on top of their list! We will return.

An exceptional stay in Vodice

We came here because we read the reviews and saw the photos of the place. 
Pity that once we were here we realized that there are two buildings in construction very near the house and the place is not as represented. The host is very efficient, super tidy and clean, very kind and always there to help, we liked her yet we were deluded for what they didn’t say . It is also expensive especially for the location and the surrounding.

The location is misrepresented by picture who don’t capture the reality

5 star luxury rooms!

The apartments are beautifully decorated and unique. Well equipped and spotless clean. Perfectly placed with a short walk to the city center with reastaurants, cafes etc. and an even shorter walk to the beach. Mila and her family are wonderful hosts and really treat you like guests visiting.

Beautiful apartments, wonderful hosts

We have just travelled 10 days around Croatia, because we had to cancel a stay at Refresh Boutique Apartment last year, and just wanted to come back and visit the great Spanja family.  We stayed in their Tesla room, beautiful decorated and with a wonderful balcony - sea view, of course from the very comfortable hanging chair ! Mother Mila treated us with kindness and some delicious breakfasts, and Son Zoran was again helpful and loved to tell about Vodice and what to do.  We also got to meet the newest member of the family, Zorans rescue dog, which also just had found the best place to stay and be cared for in Vodice. Thank you for treating us with good wines and the best hospitality again.

Wonderful to be back with the Spanja family in Vodice.

Very welcoming hosts, comfortable and well-equipped apartment and excellent breakfast. From the cleanliness of the accommodation to the complimentary bottle of wine, nothing was at fault. We were also given great advice on visiting Krka National Park and useful tips on restaurants in Vodice.

Great place to stay

Guesthouse with large individual rooms including a kitchen, clean and neatly furnished. Host a little too eager about excursion recommendations and restaurants (better not to rely on them). Breakfast on the balcony of the room, but nothing special. Overall i.e. exaggerated price-performance ratio!

Not a good value for money

We stayed in August in two rooms for 12 days and we had a great time together! The Spaniards are wonderful, kind, professional and available.
