Very reasonable price with clean rooms, the staff were so friendly and helpul as well.Good location. Responsive  service, fast check out.Perfect for guests  require that hotels are in a good location and clean and dont intend to spend much time in the apartment.

Very nice, clean and comfortable family hotel. Excelent location, in the heart of the town. Delicious breakfast, very nice and pleasant hosts. Price was very good. Would recommend absolutely for a short or long stay.

Weekend in Vukovar

Great hotel, spacious, clean and beautifully furnished rooms.  the owners are cordial and always want to help.  breakfast is excellent, a large selection of salamis, cheeses, spreads and Slavonian specialties, cakes, yogurt, cereals .... the price is very reasonable.  every recommendation!

Perfect place in the center of Vukovar! Keep coming here every year. Owners are really great and ready to help. Service is on high level. It is very clean. And it is very close to every sight in the city. 

Perfect place

The accommodation is quite good, great indeed, with moderate pricing; rooms are modernly furnished and well equipped, including spacious fully equipped modern bathrooms (with only shortage in terms of lacking separate heating for bathroom, but this is compensated with a strong, centrally located ceiling air conditioner in the room). Everything looks quite new and well maintained, almost cleaner than an average hospital's operating theatre :) A person responsible for refurbishment of this building must be paying attention to all technical details, because it is very difficult to find an error in the rooms or corridors, including all electronic gadgets, such as smarth card keys, "sleep" mode lights at corridors, perfect WiFi, with a cable option for laptop in the room, etc. The host is very helpful and kind, but not intrusive. He also gave us a free parking place inside the yard ("Einfahrt", in Pannonian Plain locally called "ajnfort").
Location is also excellent, it is downtown, but not in the walking zone. You can easily find a couple of very good restaurants at walking distance, downstream the Danube, just cross the pedestrian bridge over the (little) River of Vuka, and use the landmark of Old Tower.

I like this place very much! It is spotless clean, comfortable, modern, it seems like the whole place is brand new and I feel like at my very own home! Thumbs up for this place! Probably the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed at!

Simply wonderful!

Faultlessly clean and tidy. Really friendly staff/owner. Secure parking for the motorbikes. And couldn't be located any more centrally, but still very quiet, so a good night's sleep to be had. Definitely stay here again, thank you Nikica!

Simply great!

Nice rooms. Everything OK and clean. You feel at once wellcomed by the very friendly host. The price is reasonable. There is possibility to get a good breakfast on a four star hotel opposite the apartments.
The host takes the time to tell about the cruel history and war times in Vukovar for 25 years ago. He helps to get around and see the spots and sites, that commemorate of the cruel acts from that periode.
All in all go there, if you visit Vukovar.

An excellent and very nice place with an extraordinary helpful host.

We were three people traveling on business and couldn't find rooms. We book here and were pleasantly surprised with the rooms and service. Boris met us at the time we said we would arrive and led us to our room. It was very efficient in fact. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were impressive.
