Stunning last minute find. In the old town just a minute from the bars and restaurants. V quite location considering. Immaculate rooms. Love the wall detail. Great reception area. Fantastic value. Highly recommend

Immaculate great location 

Friendly welcome on arrival and receptionist gave us lots of information and a map. Our room (number 303) was in the annex, nicely decorated with parts of the old walls showing.

The room seemed clean enough but a little dusty. There was a fridge (not very cold), safe, AC, kettle, hairdryer supplied in the room. We had a small balcony with a little view of the sea. The bed was big and a little hard but comfortable enough, it could have been a little smaller as the space around it was very tight on one side. The bathroom area was a separate toilet, and a decent size shower with good hot water but no hanging space/hooks for towels next to the shower. The area in front of the sink was very tight.

The TV in the room was picking up no channels at all, not even local ones. The receptionist tried to fix it but couldn't.

There was no breakfast but there are plenty of options closeby, as the accommodation is well situated within the Old Town.

We were there on Friday and Saturday nights and the local area was very noisy. We could hear some music which was fine, but the main noise was coming from young people hanging out on the streets and shouting. If you kept the balcony doors closed it helped. It seemed to stop by around 2am. It is not the fault of the accommodation but something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to noise. We wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than a couple of nights but we did think that the location was excellent for exploring Zadar.

Excellent location in Zadar

Not sure where to start, if you are expecting a chilled holiday avoid this place at all costs. Boiler is loud all night bars very loud outside and awful customer service also to mention the beds feel like your lay on a plank of wood. There are a lot of good reviews for this hotel/bed and breakfast with no breakfast which is very alarming as yes the photos look clean and nice but the place is thick of dust a foist smell and rubbish all outside from the bins. Please do not believe all that you read and see on here. Beach was nice and the locals made you feel welcome but wish we could say the same for the hotel staff. VERY RUDE

Worst experience

Amazing location. New, modern and comfy room. Nice and clean. The girls at the reception are very nice and welcoming hosts providing all information to make the stay in Zadar perfect. Definitely not only a 3 star location. Feels more like 5 star without a pool and room service.

Perfect little Hotel

A modern palace. Excellent location. Small but cozy. Self-contained. We loved the place. Will stay there positively every time I visit Zadar in future. Wish they had an elevator to the upper floors as carrying the bags on the stairs was a little uncomfortable.

Live in a Palace

It's conveniently located near many restaurants and bars. All the main attractions are close by and the staff was helpful to explain everything about Zadar. The room was spacious, clean and stone walls added it's charm! 1 night was too short and I would definitely book this place again next time I'm in Zadar. 

Great Accommodation in Zadar!

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of the old town. Small but charming rooms very clean, and extremely modern. The reception staff are superb had a wonderful time thank you for your help and would definately reccomend this hotel .


Super ! 

Stayed for 3 nights in room 202. The guy at the reception area told me the card machine wasn't working so to pay by cash. After going to the ATM to take out a fair amount of money as I was paying for 3 rooms there was a different person in the reception area who told me the card machine has always been working. 
The rooms are modern but VERY small. My partner and I had nowhere to put our luggage and couldn't walk around the room without stepping on each others toes. I had 2 cold showers because their hot water system takes hours to work.
The worst part was the noise. Out of the 3 nights there were 2 incredibly noisy nights as we were not aware the place was so close to the pubs and the soundproof walls were nonexistent. The loud music and drunken shenanigans went on until 3am. Worst sleep we had in our 3 weeks in Croatia. Wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Tiny and Noisy

I stayed in one of their apartments on the half-island of Zadar for three nights. The room was in a building behind the elementary school and the window had a view on other street. The room is recently redecorated and is modern and nice but very small for two persons. It was relatively quiet and had air-condition. However, the TV had outside receiver that did not work properly at the beginning and it was situated too high to be reached easily. But I was very disappointed that they did not clean neither room nor even washing bin during whole three days, and they emptied the bin only on my request. The breakfast was in one of the restaurants around 7 minutes away what was pleasant walk on nice weather but I wander how it is when it is raining. It is good to know that the reception desk is in one building and the apartments are scattered around the area and that the desk is not open during the whole day if you need something. The staff on the reception is relatively kind but sometimes not enough refined in their communication. On the good side the apartments are near the University and the seaside walk. Value for money is not particularly good.

Lots of room for improvement

First of all, we were really pleased by the fact that despite of our arrival two hours after 8pm we still got our keys (together with a warm welcome). 

A room is nicely decorated inside. Don't forget to make sure that you have a hot water ready (press the button...)! 

Location is ideal: one minute of walking to the beautiful promenade (don't forget to listen to the Sea Organ and enjoy the Monument to the Sun!) and a few more - to the historical center.
There is a public school nearby, but we came on Friday night and only realized on Monday that there can be a potential noise from it during the day (spent all day out and left next morning really early, so don't know if it would bother someone). 
At night we've heard a noisy company only once and it didn't last long.

Didn't have a breakfast included, so there can be no opinion about it's quality.
All restaurants nearby didn't disappoint at all.

Well, we enjoyed our stay really and we hope that you will have the same opinion after visiting Zadar and staying in IP.
