The hotel seems to be completely abandoned, when we arrived early in the afternoon the entrance was locked, a note on the door pointed to a boarding house about 200 meters away. There we also had to pay for it. We stayed one night and didn't see any other guests. The air conditioning and the wire were working, the TV wasn't working. The (former) dining room is stacked with furniture. A strange experience for 80 euros.

Abandoned hotel

Probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in; • rooms without air conditioning and & refrigerator (though it was booked this way) - only 2 days left for the next day... • balcony with plexiglass coverings • bathroom windows to the kitchen or slaughterhouse • dirty • dirty • room cleaning every few days...

Miserable.

What can I say about this hotel is positive? Nothing, perhaps, the discreet cleaning in the room but with a bad smell of washing. Bath salons with the presence of holes. A total disgust. The rude and inhospitable reception with us Italians. Reservation made with the website of Booking.com. The hotel manager altered, let's say, because the price of the room is lower than the standard of August. I paid for the double room 41 euros she wanted the price of 100 euros anyway solved the problem. I would rather have known it on the beach. Less I stayed here only one night. This hotel doesn't even deserve a star. Maybe lucky accommodation.

Don't be fooled by the structure!!!!!!!

We went there for a wedding. The bride and groom where nice enough to reserve us  stay at this hotel. When we came there the hotel staff told us there are no available rooms with air conditioning since they are not working in some rooms. Since it was 37.C that was not really nice, and our friends did pay for us room with air conditioning. The room is not nice, everything is quite old, and we got towels that were not clean. It was very disappointing experience.

Not proffesional , and not nice accomodation

We stayed in this terrible hotel in June 2014. I've never found a hotel like this in my life, the bathroom had water all over it, the person in charge came and the remedy was to put the towels on the floor for two days, no breakfast, the second day we refused to do it. Unfortunately I made a mistake, I paid in cash before I saw the room and the mini bed, a little more than a square.

Don't ruin your vacation.

The cleanliness is the only positive note of the hotel. Small rooms, we had booked a room with an extra bed and we had 2 children, one of them small, and we found 2 double rooms so my husband and I had to split up to sleep each with a baby.

I strongly advise

When we arrived we had to pay the 80€ for the night, I handed over a 100€ note, which could not be returned, neither in euro nor kuna. We scratched the rest together and came in small notes and coins to 65€, the rest we had to settle the next day, which should be our luck. Unfortunately we checked in, for a passport or other ID was not requested. When we arrived in the room we found that the toilet was not cleaned. So, we went to the beach and to the city tour. When we left, we noticed a heated conversation at the reception desk with a guest.

I'd rather stay in the car.

The first impression is very good and then there are the problems: no Wi-Fi The air conditioning was like a mobile phone and the start is done by climbing on a table! 2 headlamps out of service (one surrounded by an adhesive tape! and the other without light bulbs) We booked 1 room for three (2 adults 1 child). We had 2 rooms (a double, a single) Breakfast tea, cold coffee, no staff for service, no fresh merchandise (yogurt, butter, charcuterie...) The housekeeper comes in at 9am, without strokes, to change 2 served while we were still in bed!!!!! This is the worst accommodation we have ever had!!

To avoid at all costs!!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We were the only guests staying in this fairly big hotel, the staff left at 5pm telling us they would return in the morning. After our evening meal we returned to the empty hotel to find it crawling with cockroaches, we had to leave at 1am to find somewhere clean to stay. My husband and I have travelled a lot and neither of us have ever experienced anything like this before, thankfully. Our advice to future guests; stay away.

In short - probably the worst hotel i have ever visited. This place should have half a star, not three.

In few words - the place is generally not so clean, rooms are full of mosquitoes and breakfast is awful, almost non-existent.
