Located within the narrow streets of pedestrian only roads, this hotel reminded me more of a dorm room from college with its built-ins and bed styles.  Bathroom was tiny, though clean.  There is an individual water heater in each room and can run out quickly, so careful if you have someone who likes long showers traveling with you.  Easy walking distance to everything.  If you don't see someone at the check-in, just walk next door to the attached bar as it seems the staff on duty is in charge of both.

Good location with clean rooms

Location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach is not far. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful. Definitely would recommend this hotel. We had a really nice time there.

Great location and very helpful staff !

Very well located, a/c, breakfast was good even once I didn't had time for breakfast they save my breakfast for me to have it later which I did around 5pm that was amazing of the staff.
Staff is very nice and friendly and ready to help.

Great place to stay.

Although the rooms are small and compact, they were just fine for our purposes (which was mostly for sleeping as we we out exploring most of the days). The most important thing of note is that the AC works spectacularly which, for me, is super important. When it's 100* outside, it's great to come back to a cool room to relax in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small bar for coffee or drinks on the ground floor. I don't think I would stay here for more than 3-4 nights, but for a short stay it was perfect. 
Note: it is near lots of bars, but never once did we hear street noise or have a problem getting to sleep at night. 

Perfect for Short Stay, Great A/C

I'd planned to stay in Zadar for one night and hadn't booked anything as it was low season. Turned out that all of the hostels were closed for the season. This was the only place I could find that was still open. The price was out of my range but the staff were understanding and I ended up staying for two nights here. I stayed in a private room as they don't have dorms; it had a well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and clean and comfy bed. It's central, although in high season the area could get very loud, as there are several noisy bars in the surrounding streets.
Definitely recommendable.
