These apartments are 1st class , the staff can't do enough for us , as pensioners we needed a bed each and when asked they transferred us into the loft room , it was so spacious and airy , immaculate , Theresa so polite helpful makes you feel at home from home , everything on your doorstep , spoke to the owner who answered all queries , would highly recommend these apartments , will be back next year , my friend may come back 11sept for a week it was that lovely .👍👏😜😘

Me and my boyfriend arrived on a late night flight from Zadar airport which is about 20 min drive, there is NO parking at this accomodation and you cannot get to it by car, you must park up and walk which we were not made aware of. We then arrived at aprx midnight which we had notified Zara city that's this would be our arrival time. When we arrived there was no one there and the building was covered in scaffolding with bricks and wood everywhere, we had no service or wifi so had to borrow a locals phone to contact them to come and let us in even after notifying them out ETA.

We then waiting about 20 minutes for a member of staff to come and show us to our room. 

The room was nice, although basic, it had a working television, wifi and a rustic view from the window, the shower was good and there was towels provided. The toilet smelt like sewage and the bedding smelt of smoke, although the sheets were clean. 

We stayed on a Sunday and Monday and at 7.30am every morning there was construction work going on literally outside our rooms door. Men shouting, machines and banging, we were never made aware of any construction work happening before or throughout our stay. 

My family come to Zadar every year I will make sure to warn them NOT to stay here. 

It is such a shame as it is a great area and could be great apartments. 

Not great service but excellent location

the second time weve stayed here on visits to the very interesting town of Zadar. Ideally placed right in the centre of the old town above the small tourist info centre. not exactly a stunning entrance to the place ( to say the least ) but the apartement is fine and clean. the staff in the tourist info below work until 10pm so they are normally there and are very helpful. this is were you collect the key from. they will also arrange you a taxi transfer from the airport if you mail them beforehand. its worth doing at between 150 and 200 kunars. ( £15 to £20 ) journey does take a good 15 min and is more expensive if you pick up a taxi at the airport.

great location

We stayed in Zara City Apts for two nights. The location was great, in the center of Old Town and we parked in the public lot just a five minute walk away. The accommodations are very basic, almost like a camp-like experience. Be prepared to pay in Kuna cash.

Basic Accommodations

Great location just of the main square of Zadar.  Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Clean and quiet rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay.  

Reasonable prices , owner on hand over 12 hours a day . 

Great guy , very helfull .
