The host was great, took us round the apartment and gave us lots of information on Zadar.
The apartment had a shared kitchen and bathroom, with a washing machine.
Our room had three single beds. We did not see the other guest room as that was in use by someone else.
The bedroom was air conditioned.

Excellent Host

Great location. But shared kitchen and bathroom with other guests. Remote parking and paid. Gentle landlord but doesn't speak Italian (in an Italian city!). Enough room. Wi-Fi working.

Sharing room

We spend one night. The Appartments are nice! The entrance not too much. The location it’s perfect but you can’t get in with car. And parking is with coins kind of a mess. The room tv is very little and requests a Pin so we couldn’t use it.
The WiFi in the room is crap!  Doesn’t work.

Nice

Welcoming owners who went above and beyond the usual offering, giving breakfast when the offer is room only. Very clean with comfortable beds. Toiletries and plenty of towels. Air-conditioning, television and wi-find included. Right in the centre of the old town.

Campocastello

The apartment is well located, you can see the cathedral from one of the windows, and 5min walking to the sea organ. Daniel was very kind and waited for us at 11pm when we arrived at the city, he showed us what to see, banks restaurants, etc.
The apartment is old-fashioned in a not well preserved complex but was clean. A little noisy at nights, you can hear all the people talking in the streets.

Good location

The rooms are apartment-rooms, without a reception, in a poorly maintained building. You have to warn by phone and wait in the building to show you the room-apartment. The room is very nice although its decoration is very cheap. Very comfortable bed and in the courtyard there are air conditioning machines that emit noise at night (if you need earplugs). Breakfast in a nearby restaurant is very good. In short, it is very good for the price.

A very good price-quality ratio.

I was pretty surprised by the nice experience I had with this apartment.  Daniel was very nice to us when we visited.  We arrived late at night, at around 1.30am and he waited for us and even came down to find us when we got off our taxi.  Lots of trouble going on with our currency and he gladly welcome a payment of a combination of Euros and Kunas!   

Pros:  great location, inexpensive, good wifi,  decently clean (towels, shampoo, and shower gel were provided) 

Cons: it gets really noisy in the morning (you can actually touch the passersby on the street if you reach out of the window) and don't expect it's possible to sleep in.  No lifts?  (I assume it's the usual case with many accommodation though, and we're only on the first floor)

Not bad!

Very basic accommodation. Somewhat clean and well located but nothing else about it was enjoyable. we had to wait for the owner for quite a while outside. The wireless was not in any functional state and the water pressure was just a trickle in the shower. The owner provided some "recommendations" but did not give the names of the places or a specific enough location.

Let's be honest, this is not where you're going to hang out with your lover. It'll take more to impress your sweetheart. You'll choose Zadar Peninsula Accommodation because your budget is tight, because you just like to share with other travelers or because your favorite color is orange. The hotel is actually an apartment that consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a hallway (in gold tones, therefore). The two fast rooms can be a noisy little thing especially during the weekends because the locals party. When you get to the peninsula, it's useless to go to the interim because you won't be able to recover. For you, you don't need to stay in the middle of the street, a bathroom, a kitchen and a corridor (in gold tones).

It passes, but no more...

The room is ideally placed for excursions or to visit the old town. Located only 200 metres from the marine organ and sunshine, it is no better. The rooms, however, inevitably face the main artery of the old town...down to 00:00 or 1:00 on average. The room was clean, as well as the toilets which are quite large.A cabinet is located in the room (air conditioned) to store his clothes.No TV in the room but in the common room. No Wi-Fi, no headlamp in the rooms and the floors that are responsive!!!
