This is a great location, right near the sea and a couple of miles walk from the beautiful old Town if you take the sea view it is stunning. The rooms are clean with a well equipped kitchen and always plenty of hot water for showers.  I would definitely recommend. There is free WiFi available and the owner Andreji is a decent chap, we didn't see him very much which is no problem. 
We would definitely come back

Very nice place to stay, the apartments are fully equipped, very nicely furnished and clean! Situated infront of the beach and only a 5 minute ride with the apartments free bicycle to the old town center.
The owner can provide cheap shuttle from/to the airport, the excursions to the national park are cheaper than other places and he will take care anything else you'll need!
Going back for sure!

Just impressive!

Villa Karma has 5 different apartments.  We stayed in the two bedroom comfort apartment for two nights as compared to the luxury apartment.  It was located on the upper floor with great view from the wide balcony.  It has a large living room, dining room, kitchen.  The bathroom is well equipped. The bedrooms each had a single and a double bed.  So sleeping six is possible.  The first bedroom is close to the bathroom .  The second bedroom is up a flight of stairs to an open loft overlooking the living room.  The owner was extremely helpful.  There are bicycles available to use free of charge.  The location is about 20 to 25 minutes along the water's edge to Old Town.  The location was difficult to find without GPS.  Written directions are sure to have you searching to no avail.  Parking is located a few meters from the apartment on a private lot.  Such a treat.

Good location

Great balcony with a sea view - shaded from sun and rain.  The owner was very helpful.  
There is water access for sunning or swimming just a few minutes away at the end of this street.  
You can follow a waterside path and walk about 15 - 20 min to the old town or even better rent a bike.  The owner rents bikes on location.  This was a really fun was  to get around.  Much of the path into town was closed to cars.  
The room was nicely furnished and had a nice layout.
