The location is great, close to the seafront and the centre of town. Our room was pretty, clean, spacious and at very quite at night. We found a wellcome bottle of maraschino in the fridge. Overall, a highly recommended accomodation in Zadar.

I booked an apartment for two people for two nights through Agoda. We paid HRK810 in cash. It was a short taxi ride from the bus station as this location was too far to walk. It was worth it to be at this end of the old town. The location was great. The four Lady of Health Apartments were on the ground floor of this large old building. No-one is on site at this property. We arrived at 11.30am which was fine because the woman servicing the rooms was there and she telephoned the owner so that we could arrange payment.
The apartment was clean and modern. We had a very spacious room with two double beds and a separate kitchen and bathroom. There were no laundry facilities in the apartment however there is a self service laundrette in the town a short walk away.
I did not seek to cook but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped. There was tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil provided. In the fridge there were small bottles of water, not really necessary as the tap water is fine, and a complimentary sample of local spirit.
My only complaints were that the shower fitting was broken and missing so the hand held hose had to be wedged behind the bracket and it frequently fell down. The basin would not hold water and the safe was closed and thus unusable.

Good Old Town apartment

We always choose to sleep in apartments rather than hotel rooms, but this apartment in Zadar is way above the rest of others we've been to in Croatia. It's just like a 3 stars hotel room. 

It's perfectly located, right in the old town of Zadar and you can walk to every attraction point around 5-10 minutes.

The apartment is spatious, modern and super clean. You have a fridge, a tv, towels, tea or coffe inside the room, towels, AC, everything you need. And the host ia super nice. I would definitely come back to stay here!

Excellent apartment

We had a large, comfortable, quiet studio in the best possible location in old town Zadar and literally steps from 4 of the top 10 restaurants in Zadar. (We highly recommend Konoba Bonaca and Konoba Martinac. Also in our top 3 was Konoba Dalmatina at the other end of the town.) Although breakfast is not included, there are many breakfast places nearby. All the major attractions are within a 10 minute walk, the Sea Organ and Sun Salutation only 5 minutes walk. We were met on arrival, given keys and instructions and a phone number--then we were on our own, which we liked. The floor could have been cleaner, but otherwise it was pretty perfect.

Great apartment perfectly located

Apartments in the city center are convenient to reach, very clean inside, well maintained. The girl who welcomed us was friendly and willing to give us all the directions to shoot for Zara. Most of all, she was patient and willing to welcome us even at 8pm despite the considerable delay I had made because I was looking for a parking lot. It also has wifi. For me the only drawback she can have is that there isn't much parking in the neighborhood so even in the evenings it's used by a restaurant. So, especially on weekends and holidays, it's quite difficult to park nearby. I can say I stayed more than satisfied.

Comfortable and comfortable

Nice building in a quiet area, a little out of the way, a view of a small church. The sea is hidden by a hotel. You have to pay for parking (10 kon/hour). The rooms are large and well-arranged, without originality. There is no garden or living room. Since there is no reception you have to wait for the arrival of the doorman who is not from any advice but who nevertheless leaves you a map of the city. There are restaurants 100 meters away... which you should not expect much.

Excellent location, standard quality

Myself and my mum stayed in a Lady of Health apartment for one night this August. Unfortunately we only had 11 hours in the room as our flight landed late at night. However the room was everything we needed - comfortable, clean and had air con which was great given the 40 degree heat. The bathroom in particular was lovely; clearly newly refurbished and really luxurious. The man who came to meet us was lovely, friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment was great - very central with lots going on around it. Overall, a really great apartment for the money and a real shame we only had it for a such a short stay. Thank you. 

Great Find in Zadar

Right in the heart of the old town, very close to the sea and above all to LA DUEÑA an extreme friendliness.The location is perfect as it is within the city of amurakllada and yet very handy 100% RECOMMENDED.

Treatment is exquisite.

The exterior of the building is deceptive, the apartment is divided into rooms. Comfortable, spacious and clean. The girl who came after our call, she doesn't speak Italian but she's very polite and kind.
