Very spacious and clean with a pool also. But the place does not have a good layout as with seven bedrooms only one has ensuite bathroom and only two bedrooms are good sized. Parking is also not very comfortable. 

Clean place bad layout

We rented the whole property as we are three families. From the start it was difficult to get good information from the person renting the property. About what was included and what was not. There was often a wait of weeks for any response.

When we arrived, we were shown around the property. It was clean and bright and well equipped. There was aircon in the main living areas and one bedroom. One of the bedrooms had a damaged floor which meant that the balcony door could not be closed, but we were assured it would be fixed within two days. After a few days the aircon stopped working on the top floor, and the bedrooms were too hot to sleep in, so the children were all moved into the living room. After a few calls we were provided with some portable fans. The aircon stopped working in one bedroom at that same point. After complaining, the hostess finally got someone to come in and fix it, and the floor was also fixed. In all, we had 5 days with no aircon and a broken floor. 

The decking area by the pool was dangerous in many places - some parts were fixed after we complained, but most were left.

The pool was a great to have on the hot days, and there are sunbeds and a table a chairs to sit around. There is a large umbrella for shade, and trees provided shade too, If you all wanted a sunbed, there were not enough to go around, and they were quite rickety and needed repair. As we had a mix of children and adults it wasn't a problem, but 12 adults might struggle.

The kitchens are well equipped so you can cater for yourself where needed. Plenty of crockey, cutlery and glasses.

We stayed for two weeks, and would have liked the apartment to have been cleaned at least once, but it was not. The beds and towels were changed after we asked, but not sure that would have automatically happened.

The villa is around 20 minute walk to town, but as it was so hot (and we had grumbling kids) we took ubers into town and back every night. Uber was a godsend. All great drivers and really inexpensive.

The villa has the potential to be really high end, but it is a little tired in places. And although Karla tried her best, she was quite laid back in her efforts to fix things. It wasn't cheap to rent the whole property, so we would have expected slightly better service.

Potential to be great - room for improvement

We've been staying in this villa for 14 hours. We've been arriving for less than two hours (the time to get up) and the neighbors have already sent us to the police to warn us that we're not welcome!!!! We were quite satisfied with the villa as well as the contact before and on the spot with Carla, a friend of the owner (we've never met the owner!!!). Gros bémol: no state of affairs has been made. Disastrous and dangerous outsiders, uncomfortable neighbors, scammers!

Stayed with 11 other friends. Villa was clean and tidy. Approx 20 min walk to centre of Zadar. Great pool area. Villa located in quiet residential area so not good if your looking for late night partying in the Villa. Host was great. Would book taxis and reserve restaurants for us whenever we needed. The host also put on a private dinner on our last night. He takes you to a small fishing village where him and his friends cooked an amazing 4 course meal. Would recommend highly.

If you want to know how to run a business, this wouldn't be a bad model to work by.

The owner Veki has been spot on and very attentive from beginning to end.

He collected us from the airport, arranged a few essentials for our late arrival (beer wine bread!) and as none of us speak Croatian what with us being british, he was always on the end of the phone to arrange taxis, tours, dinner reservations.

We had all the villa(its split into 2 x 3 beds and 1 studio). The pool was lovely as was the inflatable flamingo! All apartments were lovely and the 2nd floor apartment in particular was cracking.

I unfortunately broke my leg just before we were due to go so was on crutches, he even organised a wheelchair.

Loved Zadar and although it was everyones first visit to Croatia - we will be back !

Great Visit,Great Villa, Great Owner

14 of us have just got home from an amazing week at Villa Nodi and want to go back! The apartment was really clean and modern and there was plenty of space for us all to sit, chill and eat together without feeling cramped.

The villa is 10 minute walk to the nearest shop and 15/20 minute easy walk to the beach where there are cafe bars and a pier to jump off. You can then walk all along the waterfront past harbours to a beach with inflatables one way and the old town and cliff jumping the other way. Zadar old town is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants bars and shops. It's a quick cheap taxi ride or a 30 minute walk from the villa.

What made our holiday really special though was Veki and his friends. Veki went above and beyond what we expected, from offering to pick up groceries before we arrived to arranging excursions when we were there. We knew we could contact him whenever we needed something and he did everything he could to make sure we had the best experience.

The villa is in a residential street so we came indoors after 10pm but the walls are soundproof so we could continue playing music until late with no problems. The wifi and freezers were broken whilst we were there but as everything else was so perfect it didn't really matter at all. We would definitely recommend Villa Nodi without a doubt - thanks Veki, you're a legend.

Perfect place for friends

We spent 4 days in the single room, certainly an excellent structure but a year has passed since the last reviews that have prompted us to try the housing shortages you notice, if you do not speak and write English the difficulties are there for the necessities you communicate via SMS, bathroom lacking underwear we requested towels and wasted one for the water that came out of the shower plate, kitchen essential but they lacked brush and pallet indispensable if anything falls!!!!! nothing darkening tended but we overcome by putting on the blanket, and other small things that for a few days do not give great discomfort, all in all, the exteriors very cleaned the pool a chick, the gym large well equipped, for my experience the advice to the company of friends that we saw in the other apartments, it was a nice set of rooms, and the whole structure is beautiful.

I'm fine.

The room has a wonderful kitchen and a wonderful fridge, in the spa you will find dishes, glassware, toiletries, a free barbecue (you have to buy the charcoal and have newspaper sheets), we took the charcoal in the supermarket near the villa, open until 22:00, in tanks offered at 10 kune or about 1.5 euros). We used the gym for free. The room has a wonderful kitchen and a refrigerator, in the spa spa you will find dishes, glassware, toiletries, toiletries, and toilet paper, which is extremely clean!
