We used the pool with a day pass 10am-6pm. Price, food and service were excellent. They do not provide towels for non hotel guests yet they have a little store where you can buy one. We had the grilled fish and pork lunches and the pizza. All  Delicious. Inti was our server. Excellent service

Yes Pool worth the money

Really good experience! Sea- salted water pool ! I had really good afternoon with my friends ! We drank safely near to swimming pool ! It was first hotel  in all havana which accepted us to get into ! I loved this place ! I hope people think about coming this hotel !

Wonderful service and amazing hotel! 
We had a bit of a hiccup before we arrived (all my own fault)...but reservations solved it beautifully, and William went above and beyond to make sure it was all taken care of
The staff were all excellent, so attentive and so kind - we had a wonderful time! 
The breakfast buffet was astounding...as was the Presidente Pizza! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, William and your team, for giving us such a wonderful experience. We know that Cuba, and Cubans, are really struggling...now more than ever...and yet you made our stay such a beautiful experience. We will be back!

Wonderful experience !

I stayed at the hotel Presidente in El Vedado, Havana Cuba. The hotel is located near the Malecón providing a magnificent view of the ocean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and I liked the firm beds and mattress. I was on the 10th floor and I could see the ocean  time I woke up.

With the current situation in Havana, I was expecting not to have any great experience. But I was surprised to see that I got all my needs met. I enjoyed the meals. They provided very large portions  and generous pouring of the drinks. Their mojitos are great too.

One person I want to give a shout out is Luis Cortez. He is amazing. He helped me taxi information, areas to visit and best places to eat.

I highly recommend this hotel if you happen to be in Havana.

Great experience in Hotel Presidente in Havana.

The hotel is look fancy and all staffs and waiters is very kind and easily to ask if you have some problems.. The food is also good to experience I recommend this a 100% to take this hotel. I love also cuban people here

There is a really nice vibe I love the location. Great hospitality we got drink once we got in and the WiFi works really well! I would definitely suggest this place. The swimming pool is open so what are you waiting for!?

Very nice staff. They are Friendly and helpful! Also Very cheap WiFi, tasty snacks and good drinks. I’ll go here next visit too! The spaces are very clean. Location is very central. Polite guests and silent environment . I recommend !

I can't remember how many times I have stayed here. I THINK this was visit 7 but have lost track :) I love this hotel. The staff are all lovely and it is a boutique hotel in the true sense of the word. Character galore (the hotel is 94 years old!!!) Relatively small (10 stories) and a wonderful terrace for having a drink/bite to eat. Best of all it is in a great neighborhood. Close to the Malecon. In the heart of Vedado. And it is a REAL neighborhood. Once you leave the hotel you feel like you live in Havana. Unlike in Old Havana , no one offering you cigars or to change money or asking you where are you from :) Just very very chill. A wonderful place to begin and end each day but still a short quick cab ride to Habana Vieja. Tons of easily walkable walks in the area as well. I honestly would never stay in a different neighborhood or at a different hotel when in Havana. Already planning my next trip. Just do it. You will love it. PS I always like to get a room facing the school across the street. Nice to wake to the sounds of the children starting their day at school.  Oh, and super quiet area for sleeping.

My Havana Home Away From Home

We would certainly stay here again.   The place is well located.  The staff are all so hard working and do everything they can to make sure we are comfortable.   The buffet breakfast had. everything one could wish for…….lots of options.  The swimming pool and grounds are very well maintained.  

We come to Cuba often and found this place compared well to the others we have stayed at.
