I really liked the hotel, I recommend it. Good service and good food. The comfortable rooms and very clean facilities. I would go back to visit with friends and family. The only thing missing is that the construction of the disco is completed.

Congratulations to the collective of workers of this beautiful and cozy hotel, with workers who know how to please the customer in every sense of the word, from the carpet workers, restaurant, pool and their bar, by the way with very fast and efficient care, the roommates, and in general all able to make the customer feel at home thanks and keep that service as it is until now.

Father's Day in the Caneyes.

We've been transferred to this hotel for one night and I'd say we're not going to return ants in the room the windows that don't bar and don't close there are little snakes everywhere around the cabin

Not for us.

Ever watched  ’naked and Afraid ’?  This place will test your wilderness level. I would have done better in a tent.  Part of the sting was drink prices kept changing and the cockroaches protect their next meal at night, in your room. Large cockarocha!!!
Last resort only folks!! You’ll wish you hadn’t!

Scared and don’t do it!

We emphasized in this structure as the second stage of the Key Tour of the Gulf. Assuming that Santa Clara should be just a few hours without overnight stays and go immediately to Trinidad which has much more to offer. The plexus is far from the center but immersed in the green, with the pros and cons that result. Various and abundant buffet, mainly of Cuban cuisine. Beautiful dish where they cook meat for dinner (also beef) and egg for breakfast. Pleasant swimming pool, with quite supplied bar and prices in the average of Cuba (a cocktail 2 euros)

Not recommended

I liked the hotel very much, the tasty and varied food, the wonderful service, the impeccable room, the only place was where there was no beer of any kind and little variety of drinks.

A quality service, the great workers, the super-good buffet. There's nothing wrong with pointing out. A great day. La. Animation in the pool was super. I recommend it as an excellent option for family and couples.

An excellent day.

We pay for the Wi-Fi and no one else in the room, just at the reception. This is to get money out of the tourist If you are Spanish, don't go, you eat the mosquitoes and don't have the money for afterbite. Food is little varied. There is no ambiance in the hotel and it is isolated from everything.

It's an insult to the customer service, I was literally kicked out of the place by the presence of a chihuahua previously approved by the hotel manager, I was going to stay alone for a few hours and I was treated super badly alone by a client who was uncomfortable with the dog's presence because she couldn't get into her huge dog, what's the matter?

Very little experience.

We stayed only one night, and we really loved the hotel. Beautiful, natural and personal hospitality. The spectacular swimming pool and good drinks. The delicious food. A hotel to discover among friends.
