Perfect oasis. Lovely gardens filled with native plants and wild birds. Great pool for cooling off or looking at the stars. The hosts, Mary and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. Most other guests were repeats; we all had dinner one night and had a great time getting to know each other.  The rooms have little kitchens which was very handy.

Magical.

We just had a lovely two week stay at the Villa San Sebastian. This was our fourth stay at the Villa but our first stay with the new owners Mary & Huib and it was better than ever. Mary and Huib are from the Netherlands but very welcoming & attentive to us Americans! The property itself is gorgeous and there is a beautiful infinity pool onsite. The suite we stayed in was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location of the Villa is in a perfect part of the island. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city and not too far from the picture perfect beaches. We loved Porta Marie, both Knips, the Lagun and Playa Kalki. You do need a rental car to get around. I look forward to our next stay with Mary & Huib in their lovely Villa and can't think of a more perfect place to stay on the island. I highly recommend a stay at the Villa San Sebastian!

Look no further for your place to stay in Curacao!

I enjoyed my stay at Villa San Sebastian immensely. It's a lovely place, and centrally located to reach either end of the island with ease.  I felt completely safe as a solo traveler and enjoyed my large deck with hammock and day bed. It was great having a little kitchen for breakfast and coffee, and even prepared a few simple meals. 
       The best part of the experience were the hosts, Gonny and Ton. Gonny sat with me for more than an hour the evening I arrived. She went over the map of the island with me, telling me about the distinctive characteristics of each beach, hiking area, restaurant and art gallery, and she was available to me throughout my stay to answer questions.  She also recommended (and even booked for me) an unusual walking tour in Willemstad that was one of the highlights of my trip. 
       I know that in May a new owner will be taking over the Villa. I hope that they bring as much to it as Gonny did. I'll miss her when I return for sure.

Perfect, Sweet, Quiet, Sanctuary

This place is a beautiful location if you like a safe and quiet stay outside the massive tourist area. The appartment is very clean and spacious. Around the appartment is a big garden with a pool area. In the morning you wake up with a view of the garden and the sound of the birds. 

The host is very kind and considerate. If you need anything, they will help you as much as they can. 

I was very pleasantly suprised by this place and will definitely book here on a next trip. 

When you stay here, I would advise to rent a car, so you can go to all the nice places around the island.

Fantastic stay

Went here with my grilfriend for the first time. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Great idea to serve breakfast on the first morning. Spacious room, great bathroom and shower. Really clean and got cleaned every couple of days. Personally we missed a lounge spot/bench on the porch, but was told they were going to install hammocks on the porch. 



Oasis of peace and quiet... 

After a few days in Willemstad we moved to the Villa San Sebastian in Saint Willibrordus, which is located northeast of the capital and therefore a good starting point to discover the beautiful nature and beaches of Curacao.

The facility is run by a very friendly couple from the Netherlands, who are always offering a helping hand and providing insider tips about the island. Therefore, the atmosphere at the Villa is very familiar.

The rooms are new and equipped with a kitchen and a clever system of fans, which provide a cool breeze even without air condition. In front of the rooms, there are big terraces where we have eaten most of the times. The garden is very beautiful and the pool is deep enough to swim.

We had an amazing time at Villa San Sebastian and can only recommend this place for its location, the facility and especially the friendly owners.

Nice guesthouse, friendly owners

We stayed for 6 nights. I wish we had more time. Location is perfect to know the best beaches in Curaçao: Cas Abao, Kenepa and Porto Mari, in my opinion. Room is very spacious and clean, with a complete kitchen and amenities. We cooked great meals to eat in the porch watching the stars.. The place is very quiet and nights are calm. Gonny and Tom are the best!

Perfect!

The hosts were amazing, and the room was perfect as well. They're busy building a pool, so I can imagine it will get even better. 

All nice beaches are close by and when we arrived we got a nice drink from Gonny and her husband.
They also gave us good tips where to go dining, diving etc. 

She got us a nice breakfast on the first morning. With fresh fruits, boiled eggs and bread. 

I would recommend it to anyone.
