What was good

Manager very pro-active. We had breakfast included, but hotel no longer does breakfast,so manager paid a local restaurant to serve us instead. Also we had a noisy room on corner, people shouting at 7 AM, manager moved us to a new and larger room in a quieter area.

What was bad

These are not hotel's fault: Kibhas bus service from airport is terrible and should be avoided. They left us stranded at airport. Finding the hotel was difficult after our long day, no one knew where it was. Also, nearby restaurants closed at 10 PM, after we checked in. Unbelievable.
