Very welcoming and friendly staff at this quiet holiday Village. Although you can pay far more for much higher quality, Santoria has good clean facilities, which in fairness need a bit of tlc, but as a base for discovering the area is great. The food is a good quality, always fresh and served in nice surroundings. The staff are very willing and helpful and look to make our stay a pleasant. Doing Northern Cyprus, a budget?, certainly take a look. 

Relaxing holiday venue

We booked the Santoria for a couple of nights at the last minute.  Great little find.  Very old and in need of TLC but very clean and staff so friendly and will go out of their way to help you.  Would definitely go back as very good value for money

Great place for a couple of nights away

What a great holiday. Metin the manager was friendly and helpful and chatted to him about numerous things. Hotel is rustic and has a homely feel. Staff were very friendly and helpful a special thank you to Marish, Abdul, Monavar and Eileen would do anything to ensure holiday was lovely.
Hotel was quiet whilst we were there and never any issues getting sunbeds anytime of day. Views of mountains and beautiful gardens surrounding rooms and pool. Gardener really maintains the garden. Food was plentiful and delicious. Cyprus night every Saturday. Very quiet hotel in the evenings which we loved. Buses stop on busy road 2 min walk away to go to Lapta or Girne(Kyrenia) for 3.50tl. 
A very teamed enjoyable holiday with lots of places to visit at very cheap prices either by cab or bus. Escape beach is a 10 minute walk away but bus will take you down the hill if you say where you want to go. No need to find a bus stop as buses will pick you up and beep every time they see pedestrians and there are buses every 2 minutes and run till about 12pm. We did not hire a car and managed to see lots but would definitely hire one next time as other places we want to see.

Amazing holiday

Accomodation was basic and the resort is a little tired and has not been invested in adequately. However Mavresh and Eileen were amazing really attentive and helpful. They really made made our stay enjoyable. Rest of the staff were no way as good. 

Good but could be very lovely

Not the best place ,but it’s ok for a drink buy the pool., it would help if the owner/manager stops starring  at the women and girls under his shades sitting all day buy the bar. Orada barda devamli oturan mal sahibi olarak kendisini tanitan adam gozlukler altinda onun bunun karisini ve kizini izlemesi biraz rahatsiz edicidir.

SANTORIA.

This small holiday village is centred round a beautiful swimming pool - the best we've seen in many visits to N. Cyprus. Accommodation is clean and unpretentious, with a choice of one or two bedroom units, each with a balcony, sitting area and bathroom. There is a small fridge, television, wifi and telephone with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The dining area and bar are by the pool and there's a large and comfortable reception area with a large screen television. Breakfast is largely Turkish mezes, plus eggs (fried, scrambled or boiled) with toast and a variety of jams and honey plus fruit juices and coffee or tea. The evening meal is a more elaborate four-course affair, usually very good. We've been here several times and very much appreciate its quiet ambience and the pleasant and helpful attitude of members of staff. A considerable plus point is that the man in charge, Metin, often takes his meals with his guests and enquires after them and is on hand to deal with any matters arising. Unpretentious and good value

The room itself was nice but very basic. The food especially at lunch time was terrible and also very expensive. Breakfast was a disappointment due to only being able to have egg. Would not return for this reason. As we paid €276 for 4 nights inc breakfast but are forced to go elsewhere for food. This is a very quiet complex which also lacks atmosphere.

Not the best 

Had room 206 right by the pool. Travelled alone and found staff welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Almost had the place to myself for most of my holiday. Local bus service is frequent and stops on the main road outside the hotel to get in to Kyrenia Harbour. Costs 3.5TL. Chef in hotel will make you up anything you want and the Cyprus night buffet was mouthwatering. Only downside is the distance away from everything but there is a beach club about 1km away called Escape which is nice, but personally I preferred the pool and gardens in the hotel. Prices are reasonable for food and drinks and I would definately go back.

Garden of Eden

arrived very late at night 11 15 after along day no drinks or food available given key and given brief directions and on getting to room found it to be vey basic and small. We went to reception in the morning and told that nothing could be done to change the room. the staff at this place were all friendly and helpful but it was not the place for me and my partner to spend 2 weeks
Our first meal breakfast was not the best and we let them know that we would not stay hear. the Cyprus paradise rep went out of her way to help in going to our first hotel booked pia bella review later on that. I must say although the santoria was not for us the management and staff are first class .The evening meal given to us of sea bass was fantastic and could not fault this. We wish the Santoria holiday village the very best in its future and would have to say if we wanted a short stay we would look at staying here again

the truth again

this place was a mazing, t he people are helpful and happy and we were treated very well.THe ocean was warm and inviting. the food was fabulous. we will definately go again in the very near future. THere are soo many things to do and lots of shopping
